Very friendly staff, great location . The hotel was very clean and the breakfast choices were extensive and excellent. We arrived way before check in and reception were very happy to take our cases and even rushed through our room which was then ready within 30mins!

We were half board for our 3 nights stay and had the same menu choices every night. The food was lovely but as we didn’t eat some things on it it would have been nice if it could have been alternated at least every other night. That being said there were other choices available off menu for an additional cost.

Location is excellent, 5 mins to Sanctuary/Grotto. Lots of shops, cafes, restaurants nearby, but in February most of cafes and restaurants were closed; others stop serving food before 5pm and there is nothing to eat till 7 pm. Hotel is clean, staff kind; Andriy was very helpful, kind and professional, gave me all information I needed. By the way, if you are flying to Lourdes; Airport shuttle bus takes you directly to the hotel; no need for taxi!

I liked everything, but I have expected a bit more from a 4 star hotel rates; mostly better quality of food for breakfast; maybe some room update- refurbisment etc.

The hotel has an excellent location several short blocks away from the Basilica at Lourdes, a pilgrimage destination. The hotel staff were quite accommodating and helpful. The buffet breakfast had many options including cereals, breads, rolls, fruits, eggs, meats and cheeses. The hotel has all of the amenities, and the attentive staff needed to comfortably accommodate group travel.

The location is wonderful. If you are given a room with a balcony, your room overlooks the river, the city, and the mountains. The toilet is also separated from the bathing room. The rooms have tea kettle, tea, and coffee refilled daily. The balcony has seats and a coffee table (although it might be too cold outside during the winter season). The rooms also have both a heat radiator and an air conditioner... Lastly, they have both private paid parking and free city parking slots available for travelers with vehicles.

There was no water source in the toilet room. If you come from a culture that 'washes' routinely, this might be a bit uncomfortable for you.

My second visit to this Hotel. I will be back and I totally recommend it. it is only 5 minutes away walking from the Sanctuary. Staff super friendly. Gave me a quite room (however neighbours were a bit loud in the morning, but it is not the hotel's fault) on the 4th floor. Hotel is clean. has a good restaurant and a good breakfast in the morning. When I return to Lourdes, I will be back at this hotel.

Location — is a short walk to the Sanctuary. We were checked IN as we arrived at 12noon, 3pm is the usual check-in time. The balcony with the river view and the belfry is priceless. A few steps to a Gelato place. The most needed buffet breakfast is really mouth watering and enjoyable. Hotel personnel are truly helpful of our needs.

The location was great and we had a beautiful view of the river. We were allowed to check in at 2.00pm and the check out time of 12.00 noon was very convenient.

We had to use the bath tub for shower and this is not very safe for seniors. Perhaps the paper cups can be replaced with glasses.

It’s location was great. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed.

Although breakfast was good. The staff were very slow at keeping the buffet topped up. Especially the cooked items. I had an evening meal on the first night and although tasty had been under a hot plate for too long after it was ready to be served so it had dried out too much.

The services was excellent, all the staff very helpful. The room was clean. The location is near the river, but you need to walk to the grotto. The good thing is you’re surrounded by a lot of restaurants so you’ll not starve

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
