The hotel is in a central location with easy access to all the places of interest in Lourdes. On arrival the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. There was a little confusion on how to get to their private car park, (located away from hotel) this resulted in one of the receptionists coming with me to help locate the car park. Fantastic Service! In fact, throughout the whole stay the staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough to make our stay a pleasant one. Breakfast & dinner were also excellent and overall great value for money.

The location is great, close to the grotto and in walking distance of most things. The staff were super helpful, my family member had booked a mobility scooter and they let her store it, also phoned the rental place for us to check pick up and drop off times. It was clean and good value for money, and breakfast had a decent selection.

I would have liked some fruit on the continental breakfast. The rooms were a little dated and shabby in places but were clean, there were also no kettles in the room.

The hotel is very well situated. About 10minutes walk from the Grotto, near a load of shops and restaurants and also the town. The room was lovely, nice big comfy bed, bath/shower, enough space for my clothes. View was of the basilica and I could see the procession at night. The Staff were friendly and helpful from start to finish. Some of the nicest people I've ever met. I'm going to Lourdes since I was young, this was my 24th time and I would definitely go back here. Breakfast was efficient. The patio area was extremely comfortable and although near the street quite quiet.

I would've liked fruit and maybe eggs as an option for breakfast. A fridge in the room would be great.

the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. food was really good even if the choices were limited. we felt so welcomed and comfortable. it has been one of the best hotel stays. highly recommend this hotel, and you will not be disappointed.

the wardrobe was really small for 3 of us as we couldn't put anything in and it remained in the cases, that was the only downside but not too bad.

The location is great. Close to Sanctuary and shuttle facilities from / to airport. Great restaurants close by. Bed was very comfortable. Furniture and carpets are relatively new.

The room was large enough but the shower was extremely small. We would have preferred a safe and a frigo in the room. Bathroom could do with some tlc.

We had a wonderful view of the river. The location was great. A quick walk to the Shrine. Our room was quiet.

The elevator broke while we were there. We were on the 5th floor, no one told us until the last day that we could take another elevator up and only have to walk up one flight of stairs.

Central location. Walking distance to the Lourdes Shrine. Walking distance to restaurants. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. We had a room with a view and the room was very clean and the toilet was updated and comfortable. The hotel is updated and very clean and had a nice patio.

The bed was comfortable but felt like it was sagging towards the side.

The location is great, close to everything. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was fine, cereal, toast, fruit, yoghurt, croissants, etc. A nice courtyard to sit with a cold beer. Rooms are well air conditioned.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I spent one night at the hotel to prepare for four days in the mountains. I asked them to hold my bag when I returned to the hotel several days later for a second night. Not only were they happy to do that for me, but when I returned, the staff greeted me warmly and also brought my bag up to my room for me. It was a small but very appreciated gesture after a tiring four days of hiking! I also loved the option to add on dinner: a lovely three course meal that was an easy option after a long day of sightseeing. My room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is very close to the river and the major sights of Lourdes. A great find!
