Breakfast was mainly cold items except for the toast and hot coffee or tea. However it was a very substantial breakfast with a large variety of food items to choose from- from cold cereal, boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, cheese, ham and a variety of breads and mini cakes. The room was very clean but on the small side for 2 people to share. However, we used it just to sleep at night, so it did not matter to us.

There was no ventilation in the washroom, so we had to keep the door closed, otherwise odours from the washroom would come into the room,

Communication with the hotel was brilliant- I had to delay my arrival by 2 days and they couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. The motorbike parking was for free and inside a huge garage (but with quite a steep slope to get in). There is a small, rickety lift (and stairs) to the bedrooms. My room was large enough with a balcony and a perfect view of the Fort. The bathroom was small but adequate. Breakfast was Continental, basic but tasty with ham, jam, baguette, croissant, yoghurt, fruit salad etc. The staff were really helpful. It is only a 5 minute walk down lots of steps into the heart of the town - 10 minutes to the Sanctuary.

Sound travelled - I could hear people in the neighbouring room and in the street, but this is only a small issue.

Wonderful small hotel in the center of Lourdes. Friendly and helpful staff, cozy and warm room, good view from the window. The hotel is located within walking distance from all the attractions of Lourdes (everything that is important for both pilgrims and tourists). Very good value for money. Thank you for your hospitality and I recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to visit Lourdes

This hotel is not one of the major chain hotels. The staff is not so numerous, less service. I could list some minor cons of the hotel, but I won't do it as the pros far outweigh the cons.

It’s clean & the housekeeper always clean the room daily with new towels every time.

The room is had it was a queen bed & there was no space to walk around. Very tight & there’s no insulation on the wall. I could hear the next door neighbor walking & talking as if they are next to me. My air conditioner wasn’t working.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent very close to the main attraction of the place we visited. The breakfast was very good.

A slight improvement in the room cleanliness would make the stay in this hotel a perfect one.

Super comfy room, firm bed, great location near the centre of town and attractions. There's also plenty of restaurants nearby and the carrefour city is within walking distance. Super friendly staff who are very helpful and the room and bathroom and clean with a strong hot shower.

The shower stall was a bit small and the location is up a hill around a bend but that's ok, it keeps you away from the noise of the centre of town by the river. You also have to carry your luggage up a couple of steps at the front door and to get to the lift from the lobby too but that's no big deal.

One of the receptionists brought us to the train station in his own car and would not accept any payment. This is exceptional service. The hotel is in a perfectly quiet street. The room was large and comfortable. There are comfortable sofas where you can relax in the large dining area. It is about ten or twelve minutes' walk to the sanctuary entrance.

The breakfast is good. But there are no hot dishes. I like muesli, but the only cereal available was cornflakes. But given the very reasonable price you cannot complain. There is fruit, yoghurt, hard boiled eggs, different kinds of bread and jam, coffee and tea as well as other items.

The staff was very welcoming, friendly and ready to find a solution to a problem I had with my first room. Location is in close proximity to both Shrine and town centre, whilst also being removed from the main street and therefore in a silent setting.

Bathroom boxes can be a bit small, and wifi coverage can be spotty depending on the room location. The beds are comfortable although I personally did not sleep well with the high pillows which are provided in the room.

Location was perfect and a very quiet neighborhood.  The staff were lovely.  The room was simple but adequate.

The breakfast was very poor.  The coffee machine made terrible, watery coffee.  The hard boiled eggs were hard as rocks, and the selection was very very limited.  It was certainly not worth the nine euros each we paid for it.
