My single room was comfortably furnished, towels were replenished, and everything was clean.

The breakfast buffet was ok, but not that really great. Additional food varieties would definitely add to the hotel' s integrity.

1- Location- Within 10-15 minutes walk to the Basilica and the Grotto 2- Clean and well maintained 3- Front desk staff- Karina, Audrey and Tanya. Very accommodating and friendly. tries to help as much as possible 4- Connected/ works with Carrefours Cafe around the corner with well priced but excellent food and staff

Poor breakfast selection. Same menu for the 5 days I stayed . In Booking. Com site, I was booked fora room facing a garden/ courtyard. I was refused on check in as there was not really a proper garden per front desk . This to me is false advertising.

location is fantastic. the staff are very kind. thank you joaquim especially who works the night shift. rooms are clean and water pressure is fantastic.

the table is slightly too close to the bed which renders the chair unusable, but only for the small room. also, need to ensure the door is locked before leaving the property! sometimes the door doesn’t fully latch.

Maybe more coffee and more milk in the rooms, No fridge in the rooms!

Excellent service, great location, comfortable room, and the bathroom was clean and tidy. The staffs were amicable and helpful, especially Carina, she is amazing. This is my first time visiting Lourdes and feels at home. Might be good to encourage all staff to learn English as a general language that is used by most tourists who are visiting Lourdes.

Breakfast was very overpriced for the quality of food available. Would not recommend.

Room smelled strongly of smoke. Not sure if requesting non-smoking room was available but would definitely check this for future.WiFi only worked in lobby.
