Hôtel Le Rive Droite & SPA was a last minute booking for me as another fell through. It was a very lucky booking, as not only is the hotel located opposite the final stop of the Airport Shuttle as well as busses for excursion, e.g. Grotto de Betharram, but also in walking distance of Petite Lourdes (tourist attraction), various eateries and shops, however more importantly only ~7mins walk from the Sanctuary. Trying my "best" French, the staff was friendly during check-in and explaining (in English) about breakfast and the Spa. Though I was there for 1 week, I didn't get to sample either of them. My room was clean, tidy, comfortable and had a small balcony (which again I didn't get to use - not enough time).

Besides the dirty carpet, I took photos of minor issues, e.g. small rips in the wall paper to ensure not to be accused of causing them. Otherwise nothing.

The staff were very helpful, accommodating, and friendly. The hotel location was excellent. Lourdes had a lovely buzz around the town, yet our room was quiet. The two big things for us were the aircon and the room fridge. We didn't avail of breakfast because we had early starts with cycling plans but could have what we needed in the room because we had the fridge. The river view was fabulous with the mountains in the back drop. Would definitely stay here again.

Oveeall the hotel room needs a wee touch up with new carpets and paint on skirting boards but this didn't really effect our comfort.

Clean facilities and cleaned daily, BUT the carpet is minging, which ruined the stay cos the room felt dirty. Beds are very soft (my preference) but so soft my side dipped (i am heavy) and my wife woke in the night rolled downhill next to me 😊. Bathroom clean but the bath sides are higher than usual, so may present problems for older guests climbing in for a shower. The shower hose looks knackered and is only 2inch spray diameter- need shorter new ones with bigger head. Staff really friendly except they confiscated the attention when I used it Fawlty Towers style. Great views overlooking the Ousse River and pyrenees. Overall, not much needed to lane this a 9+

Exceptional location close to the main attractions in Lourdes. Rooms were nice and clean. Service was top notch, regarding which I will elaborate further. On the day of checkout, we had to leave at 06:30am (as our flight was leaving at 08:45am), whereas breakfast started at 07:30am. The hotel staff offered (which offer was fulfilled) that we go down in the breakfast room at 06:00am and they would give us a mixed selection of items usually offered for breakfast. Such gesture was much appreciated.

The room looked over the river and mountains and had a lovely balcony. The fridge in the room was very useful and a good size. The mattress and bed were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was perfect for three generations of family and was a peaceful place in the mornings. The walk to the grotto was just right for a 5 year old and we were able to come and go easily. The whole trip brought back lovely memories of a childhood trip to Lourdes.

I don’t feel like there was anything else we needed at the hotel for our stay.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and had amazing experience. We’ve got a nice room with gorgeous views on a river, mountains and city. The staff and the team working in the hotel were great and helpful. They were opened to any request from our side and provided lots of useful information . The restaurants which Lady on a reception suggested to us are amazing 🤩 Also there is an option to taste a delicious local wines at the reception bar and make a purchase afterwards. The location is great and very close to all important destinations. Breakfasts are always tasty and delicious.

On arrival welcoming reception staff. She also organised my wife's Birthday with a personal touch with balloons in the bedroom which was a pleasant surprise ☺️ Pleased the rooms were cleaned daily. The view of the river was amazing.

Disappointed the hotel did not have a restaurant. Breakfast was okay, would have been nice to have a variation. Not pleased with the shower, not very warm. Limited with the supply of coffee and tea to the room.

The wheelchair accessible rooms were perfectly accessible. The staff is very helpful and kind. Breakfast was really good with nice assortments of jams and spreads. Location is very good, close to sanctuary.

The room provided to us was a bit dirty looking room. Carpets didn’t look cleaned enough. View from window was of dirty rooms that are getting renovated but has piles of junk lying around.

The staff were very friendly & accommodating Clean & comfortable room & hotel Great location - very central Beautiful views of mountains and the river too Breakfast was lovely & beautiful coffee every morning Massage with Miriam was amazing - well worth booking this extra

This hotel is centrally located and just a few minutes walk from all the main religious and touristic spots in Lourdes. Public transport that goes around the heart of Lourdes city passes in front of the hotel as so does the airport shuttle bus which costs only 3 Euro. Breakfast was very good. We had a room with a nice balcony overlooking the river Gave. There were no noisy distraction both from within the hotel or from outside. Staff are super friendly and always ready to help.

The likes overdo the don't likes ....... Maybe a slightly bigger room, but again all was sufficient and very clean. Not much I can say as far as do not like goes.
