Staff attended to my requests very quickly and the privacy of my room is great! Rather small room, which suited me as I am small sized. Unsure if it's ideal for 2 people even though there are 2 beds. Could be a tight squeeze with little elbow space.

Perhaps give the doors a fresh coat of paint and clean the balcony once a year?

The location was great. Room was clean. Breakfast was a good value.

It was difficult to figure out what to do when we arrived. The reservation was for Luxemborg but we were directed by a faded sign on the door to go to the hotel next door which is where we stayed. Luxemborg was closed for the season

The location was ideal. The room was clean. There was breakfast provided. There was free WiFi. I booked a room for three nights, and it was not expensive. The staff were friendly.

I could only get one tv station on the tv, and with that channel, I could only hear the station. There was no picture coming through to the tv.

The property was very accessible and close to all the other tourists spots to go visit. It’s very cute and even though it’s small, it doesn’t feel cramped. The hotel room was very clean and well kept. Also the man at the register was very informative and asked all of our questions.

That some of the lamps connected to the walls were not working.

The location was excellent. close to the grotto and also close to the shops. The restaurants are close by the bridge. All is a walking distance. The staff very helpful. They gave us extra towels. Staff provided all that we requested for and on time.

Need to install sound proof in the walls

When nobody is at the counter, I wave/speak to the person manning the security camera next to the computer and someone tends to me.

Excellent location. 5 mins walk to the Sanctuary. I booked a single room with single bed for 6 nights. If you are solo travellers it is good value for money.

It' very close to the Sanctuary. The hotel is more like "boutique" hotel, where you don't have a big pilgrim's groups.It's more familiar there. The breakfast is a nice start in the day, I recommend to take it. Staff is very professional. I will definitely stay next time there as well.

The breakfast was good and the personnel attended as soon as we came down for the breakfast. The location is close to the Sanctuary. It was nice being and spending one night over there.

Great location, good value for money and has everything you need when doing long days on pilgrimage.

No door on the bathroom - fine for a single room but not ideal if sharing!
