We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Their customer service was excellent – they really made us feel welcome and taken care of. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated that our additional requests were met without any problems – it really shows their attention to guests' needs.

The only small downside was the interior decor, which could use a bit of refreshing to better match the high standard of service. Still, overall a great experience and we would happily come back!

I went to this hotel because of the photos, position and reviews, moreover the prices were convenient as well, i arrived at the hotel and the reception was helpful, friendly and answered all my questions. I am italian but i wanted to speak in french just to practice it and i understood everything they said, they were nice to me. Room was cleaned and comfortable, cleaning ladies wete always fast and every time i was coming back room was already ready, that doesn't happen in all hotels:) Waitresses were lovely people, you can feel they do their job with their heart, durint breakfast and also lunch and dinner. Every time i went there they were always smiling to me and joking with me. I loved the attittude of everybody towards the guest and for sure i would choose this hotel again!!!A bientot!

Great Hotel located close to the Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes. Very friendly staff in the front office Reception. Clean, Bright, and Spacious. Huge Baggage Drop-off Room for guests to keep their baggage if they arrive early. Huge Dining Area. Nice sit-out for guests in the evening. Breakfast Buffet was sumptuous. Although the hotel is located at a height, they have a coded elevator which leads to the lower street. Room service staff is very prompt. Over all very nice. Suggestions / Recommendations: Free coffee machine in the Hotel lobby for guests is welcome. Iron and ironing board in hotel room is appreciated. This is not a negative feedback but only a positive recommendation which we enjoy in the hotels in North America.

Staff friendly, bed comfortable and room clean, towels, soap and hair dryer available. The warm blanket In each bead and extra inside the woodroobe. Warm blankets on sofas in reception.

Breakfast fruits and eggs could be better, fruit look from can and boiled egg was cold from fridge and taste funny. Also I felt room was not toodler friendly as there is wood beans with screws in a danger position under stairs. Suggestion add 1 extra pillow In Woodroobe, mini fridge and coofee/tea/ kettle.

The staff at Hotel Stella were fantastic - very helpful and kind. They were able to accommodate my few requests such as calling for a taxi at the end of my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Coming from the US and after a week of small elevators and rooms, I stopped expecting an abundance of space everywhere I went. There was just enough room to walk around the bed and wheel my small luggage into the room but not much else (image tries to show the view from the door to the bed. the black column is not the door, it's the closet). The bed wasn't too firm (but it was firm). The room is air-conditioned. The location to the Lourdes Sanctuary was very close and there were many restaurant options within a couple minutes' walk.

The breakfast left something to be desired. There was fruit, yogurt, croissants, and salami but I wish there were eggs or cereal available. Then again, I knew that savory and large breakfasts are the general way of life in France. I also should've taken a look at Google Maps to see that the hotel was up a significant incline. I only minded the hill late at night after a full day of walking and when pulling my luggage up to the hotel.

Great location, the hotel was much nicer and bigger than I had even thought. All you could need for a short stay. Breakfast buffet was good and all staff very kind and helpful and spoke multiple languages. They have local maps to help you find your way and lots of knowledge. We drove here and I will just clarify that the carpark is a few minutes walk away at a large municipal carpark, this was not a problem for us, we dropped our bags off first at the hotel and then went to park.

Cleanliness and staff. Airconditioning works. Room clean everyday. Near the entrance, elevator is provided yo go down the street that leads to gate.

No kettle or coffee making facilities. Breakfast was simple, no warm dishes

Super close to the Basílica, a very comfortable and nice hotel. The staff was super helpful. We particularly liked the restaurant, we had dinner there and simply loved the delicious home-made food. It was a great experience! Special thanks to Olga from the restaurant.

The staff was so helpful...we arrived at 11pm,no taxis were around the airport.we called up the hotel &gave us a number for a fast&reliable taxi swrvice
