We stay at this property and at Sister properties annually as part of regular pilgrimage to Lourdes with the Order Of malta. Hotel team is super accommodating, very kind and goes out of its way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were particularly helpful in helping us organize our room between their properties to coincide with a pilgrimage for which we arrived a few days early

The real improvement is if the two single beds had some type of connector pad between them so that my wife and I could put the beds together without worrying about falling in the crack, ha!

Staff very friendly, great location to the Domain, ideal for wheelchair users. Lovely room, really needed the great air con due to the weather. Did request a room at the back but once in our room the double glazing ensured it was quiet and a lovely view of the domain. Receptionist Christine very helpful and understood our needs. We will be requesting same room next year. Breakfast was always topped up, always fresh and plentiful, great range of produce. Lovely stay at this Hotel, despite my negative comments, well worth it if visiting Lourdes on a Pilgrimage.

Rooms i have seen do not match any of the advert pictures, still nice but not as luxurious as pictured. Safe not worth having as secured on a removable shelf No Fridge in room as advertised in information.

This was our second time staying at Hôtel Saint-Sauveur, and like the first trip, the hotel did not disappoint. The location is unbeatable: It was less than five minutes away from the Grotto, perfect for those on a pilgrimage. The breakfast was filling and the staff were helpful. We especially appreciate the breakfast staff allowing us to make a plate for one of our traveling companions who wanted to sleep in.

Nothing which affected our stay a great deal; although I wished that we were able to use the A/C in the room. There was one afternoon when it was unseasonably warm, and the one-year-old traveling with us struggled to get comfortable.

Lobby was beautiful and hotel was within walking distance to everything (sanctuary, stores, restaurants, buses etc.) Room was generous & comfortable. Staff respected our privacy when sign on door, but was right there whenever we asked for additional towels, coffee etc. Front desk was pleasant and friendly no matter how many large groups arrived and swooped down with multitple questions or demands. We did not book the food plan but they had a very generous buffet for 23.90E for a complete meal which was extremely reasonable. Hotel Coffee shop open till 11 pm.

WiFi was spotting and would often go out---however we did get 2 days of bad weather with rain.

I liked that staff spoke English very well. I liked the bed abd the shower were very good. The hairdryer was great, because it had several speeds and cool wind option. The location of the hotel was really great. This hotel is great for solo female travellers.

I did not like food in the restaurant. During rain I had to eat. I took Bolognese pasta- it was almost only plain bowl of simple pasta and 2 spoons of sauce I cannot call it Bolognese, no cheese at all was given. The cost was 18 Eur. I did not eat in hotel after this experience.

Good location, clean modern room.

Sometimes the staff - in particular the man who oversees the bar/restaurant- were rude and this man was very rude and aggressive to staff members serving the same shift as him. I felt embarrassed for the staff serving under him, especially when i was trying to pay for a meal at the till and he just stood there while the lady tried to take my money, he just kept shouting at her. I felt very sorry for her.

The whole hotel looks older and used but the room was very beautiful and renovated. We felt safe and comfortable. The position is perfect

Pretty bad breakfast and dinner. I don’t think it cost the money that we paid for it. I will recommended to eat outside the hotel cause there’s restaurants and cafes all over with better choices at the same price.

Buffet evening meal was awful. Even more annoying was the fact that a large Italian group feasted like kings whilst people having the standard buffet ate like paupers. Dreadful. Half board at €30 pp was not good value Breakfast also poor. No effort put in at all. Who has very dry rice for breakfast? (from the night before?) rock hard sausages, very dry rice and sloppy egg. That was all that was available as a hot breakfast. Restaurant staff non existent, so our plates were just left on the table whilst we ate the next course. Better food and service available elsewhere.

The room was spacious and the hotel was so conveniently and strategically located making our visit to the Sanctuary more meaningful since we can come back often. Excellent and friendly service, too, especially by ANTHONY - such a warmhearted and gracious gentleman!

The crowd on certain times at the dining area but this is totally understandable!
