Very conveniently located to the Lourdes sanctuary and restaurants. Staff was very helpful regardless of the situation, whether calling a taxi or arranging for us to have an extra early breakfast because of an early departure. If we return to Lourdes, we will stay there again.

Not all rooms have air conditioning. We were not aware of this and unfortunately booked a room without a/c when the temperature outside was approximately 35C! Thankfully the staff was able to change our room for a nominal increase in price and the a/c worked extremely well!!

Breakfast have different selections, unlimitted for foods and drinks. Location is just 150 meters away from the Basilica which is also accessible to transfort and surrounding stores. Best experience,so far. For the rooms is quite small foe 3 beds, Bathroom needed some minor works for leakages. Cleanliness good. Suggested to have carpet shampoo. Best thinf, towels are provided daily as well as bed makeovers.

minor things, like makeover for shower door which is leaking, needed carpet shampoo as some minor odours, Maybe to have some keetle for hot waters as some occupants may have tea or coffee in the evening. the rooms for 3 is a little bet narrow, Maybe provissions of welcome pack like coffee or tea which oher hotel practices.

The room was lovely as bit of a tight squeeze in the bathroom but just adequate. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The buffet breakfast had great choice but they need a new toaster! The location was perfect for me as I have a disability and needed to be within easy reach of the Domain. I have stayed here before and love this hotel.

Location is very accessible. About 2 minutes walk to the entrance of the sanctuary. Lots of dining near the hotel. Near shopping areas.

We arrived at 1:30am. Our flight was rerouted to Toulouse airport instead of Pyrenees airport. The bus provided dropped us to Pyrenees airport at around 12:30am. There is no transportation available so we called the hotel front desk to help us get a taxi but the person in charge did not do anything. I think he can't understand english. But other front desk personnels of the hotel are very helpful and good in english.

The location was fantastic! I was very close to the Lourdes Basilica. It was very convenient to shop and then drop off my things at the hotel before going to the grotto. I took the TL bus line from the airport to Lourdes, transferred onto the L5 bus line and was dropped off at St. Joseph's gate. Then a short walk to the hotel. No hills to walk. Yay!

At night while walking down the stairs, sometimes the hall lights did not come on automatically despite waving of my arms to activate them.

I enjoyed the pleasant staff, they were very helpful and accommodating.

My room on the first floor faced on to a noisy busy road with noise from late into the night and traffic noise from the early hours of the morning. This affected my sleep.Perhaps upgrading the windows to triple glazing would help.

The hotel is 300 metres to the Sanctuary, with a number of restaurants on its door step. The room was good and cleaned daily including fresh towels. Breakfast was also good. Staff at the Reception were excellent and always ready to help. I will definitely go there again. VALUE for MONEY.

While we reached the hotel we were upgraded to hotel solitude and that was very generous. It was a very busy property but the staff managed it very professionally.

The manger (male) cannot recall his name at The Continental was really very helpful and courteous, would definitely recommend this property to friends visiting lourdes.

We were 'upgraded' to the sister hotel adjacent which was very nice. Hotel was very clean and has pleasant reception and dining area Great views Reception staff excellent

Breakfast finished earlier than we expected so we missed out Room service entered our room 2 hours before our agreed departure time, whilst we were out. They then threw away our toiletries and removed my phone charger which we then had to chase around the hotel to locate this. Room service staff very abrupt and took no interest in our position. Reception staff stepped in to reinstate our room cards so we were able to go back and change etc.

We were sent to Hotel Gallia since a big crowd came and it was an upgrade. Hotel Galllia was clean and vomfortable. Very nice staff. And the location ka closer to the Grotto. Lpve everything at Hotel Gallia

We never stayed at Continental so we did not see what are the rooms like. But a nice staff, Emilia (?) was nice enough to take us and push our luggage yo Hotel Gallia
