Bus stops 30 yards from the establishment that goes to Train station, as well as Grotto. grotto (walking 10-15 minutes from place. staff was Kind and helpful. Mattresses good. Clean. Everything in working order. Breakfast available.

Beds are very low for taller people . I have back issues and it was hard getting out of the bed. Breakfast €12.50pp. But a real bargain if you like to drink 2-3 cups of hot beverage with your meal! Seems like some choices might not be popular as others. Occasional fresh apples, no bananas or other whole fruit. No orange juice… but sometimes grapefruit juice and a machine with mixed fruit juice and apple juice. Cold peeled de shelled hard boiled eggs piled in a bowl but didn’t taste like they were always freshly daily! Mostly breads and tiny croissants. However there were always cheese, mixed ham, yogurt available. 3 cereal choices. There was a mixed fruit cocktail that I tried once and then passed on. Real plus was the beverage machine.

The studio was of a good size and had all the necessary equipment in the kitchen, a comfortable sofa, and bed. I stayed a week, and towel change and cleaning was a great touch around mid-week.

The wall mounted TV orientation was not conducive with position of sofa on side. When I moved the sofa along with dining table, I uncovered some left over journals and some dirt on the floor. The reception took care to follow up, which was much appreciated.

Cleanliness and Location

The apartment was clean and in very good location. We enjoyed our walk by the river to the Grotta. However, the bath is too high. An elderly person who was with our group was unable to take a bath for 3 days. Before our arrival I asked for a room with shower however I was told that showers are only in bigger apartments.

It was very close to the Lourdes church, only a short walk with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Very spacious, neat and tidy.

The only thing I would say is the toilet, although clean and spacious, I didn’t like the way there was no shower curtain or step up in the shower so water got everywhere on the floor of the whole toilet.

We arrived at Gare de Lourdes at dawn after taking the overnight train. We made sure to inform the hotel about our early arrival beforehand and were able to check in as early as 9am. Clara at the front desk was friendly, accommodating, and fluent in English. The studio room came with twin beds, a kitchenette, and a small dining table. The bathroom has a towel dryer and a bathtub/shower combo. The location is walkable to all the shops and attractions around town, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this property for budget-conscious people.

The cleaning rules may not be favorable for some, as they require you to dispose of your trash in the basement and leave the apartment in a reasonably clean condition. I have no problems with performing simple cleaning tasks because I respect my host.

The property offered everything we needed, and as we expected, simple cooking facilities, equipment and basic needs like towels, dish soap, body wash, toilet tissue. Its very close to the sanctuary, just 15min walk. The receptionist are all very helpful. Laundry is also available in the ground floor and can be paid by coins if you wish to use the facility. Theres also a pin code provided to all guests for safety, for when youre out late you can still enter the property.

Cleanliness could be better - the flooring needs a good moping, it was sticky and dirty. The toilet was separated from the shower, after using the toilet you have to go to the shower or the kitchen to wash your hands - there was no sink in the toilet itself. Also, the reception is not open 24/7 you need to be mindful all the time, especially during check in and check out or whenever you need any assistance.

Breakfast is the usual continental but abundanded-

I did not like that they clean your room every five days. I suggest grab rails in the bath/shower. It is a huge effort to get in/out of the bath, b side the bath is higher than he floor. People like me(elderly) is very dangerous.gere is no emergency button in the bathroom.

This is a nice place for families and a 10 minute walk to the Cathedral. There is also a good car park right opposite - paid one near the hotel and free parking around 6 minutes walk. The staff was very supportive - despite not being paid in advance, the staff arranged the keys to my room.

Nothing particularly.

The room had all the facilities including a mini kitchen. More than enough space for three people which we reserved.

Check in time was 15:00 and checkout time was 11:00. This is different to most of the other hotels. Because of this check in time we had to waste our time. They didn't have place to keep your luggage until you check in. So you have to come at the right time :-(

Zenitude Lorda is a good Aparthotel, little less than One Kilometer from the Sanctuary. Rooms are of different sizes, We go a smallish room. Room was well equipped as promised, with a small kitchenette and sufficient Crockery Cutlery and Equipment. Staff at the reception were extremely helpful and friendly.

Only negative was that the room we got had a Deep Bathtub - unsuitable for senior citizens.
