We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff at the reception were very kind and welcoming, and the food they prepared was absolutely delicious. The location is excellent—very central and easy to access, with convenient parking. The only small downside was that the room felt a bit cold, but we were told the heating was off since it's no longer winter. Overall, a lovely experience!

Hotel Saint Clair offers so many good features compared to the other hotels in Lourdes were giving. I am a frequent visitor of Lourdes, France and had the chance to stay in different hotels here. I love Hotel Saint Clair because of its spacious family room. We are 4 persons but the beds are for 5 persons. The bedsheets are clean, the view is very nice. The beds are comfortable. There is a balcon, the air is fresh and breezy. It is very quiet here except for the birds, you are very close to nature. There is a nice park in front with benches. The toilets are clean including the towels. The lobby is small but cute and homey-feels like home. The man in charge is kind and helpful. I love everything about Hotel Saint Clair. As to the location even if it is not very near the Sanctuaire, it is like 20 minutes leisure walk for us to get there. TIPS: From gare de Lourdes, take the taxi or the L5 bus and ask for the bus stop ALBA. From there a 5 minutes walk to the hotel. Next year, i will definitely be back. I finally found a hotel which is family-friendly!

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating during our stay and the room was recently renovated, spacious and clean. The location is perfect, with very close walking distance to the center, grotte, train station, and hikes to the Pic du Jer and Béout. The breakfast buffet was very complete and had everything that we could want to start the day. We highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff was SO welcoming and greeted us so warmly. My kids loved the well-behaved lobby dog. The room was simple but had what we needed. Beautiful view of the mountains from where the hotel is located.

It's on the edge of town, so a longer walk to most attractions, and more of the restaurants are a little farther away

The hotel is not a 5 or 4 star hotel but the quality of service by the staff is far better than most of the “4 or 5” star I had the opportunity to stay. The location is perfect with its own in premises free parking. It is just a 10 minute walk from the city center including The Sanctuary of Lourdes. Clean rooms, nice dining area, food is great and the service is always personal and welcoming. Now lets talk about breakfast, it is a classic French breakfast, simple yet fresh and delicious. If you are looking for pancakes, sausages, scramble eggs or bacon, well my friend, you came to the wrong place. This is France!!!! Before choosing this hotel I went through the reviews and all I found was people wining about how poor or small the breakfast was. I will suggest to all of you that don’t understand International cuisine get a book and educate yourself before posting idiotic comments. Over all this hotel is a perfect stay away from the crowded streets up into the City Center.

Personally, I didn’t find anything wrong with this property. Yes, it may need some touch ups here or there but believe me, the staff is working very hard and every day to address this small issues.

The owner and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located in quiet place and has beautiful mountain view.There is a lift.We were able to leave our luggage in the room until our departure on the last day

The breakfast is limited and no ham, cheese, eggs or anything hot. I have been to many hotels and for this price the choice is normally greater. The room was very hot due to unusual weather for October but no fans were provided.

The location very good, a good secure car park. The place was very clean and tidy, the staff very helpful. Will definitely be back.

Booking .com charged me £8 odd for city tax, the hotel on arrival charged me the same and it was called visitors tax, I was dissapointed.

The hotel owner was very friendly and helpful as well as the staff. Even CHANEL the Pomskie dog was extremely friendly and adorable!!! We are missing the dog now!

It would have been better if it was nearer to the Sanctuary then the walk would have been shorter but it was alright with the group anyway. Exercise!!!

The view was great. It is a small hotel and was rather quite. The staff was extremely helpful.

When we visited it was a heat wave so unfortunately we suffered a little the heat without air conditioning. I would have also loved to have a small fridge in the room.

Brilliant location, very quiet and easy to find from the train station. . Lovely sunny room and meticulously clean. Great value for money and probably the best hotel we stayed at on our two month cycle trip. Host very helpful and good bike storage. Would highly recommend this accommodation.
