This budget hotel is our winter travel go-to in Lourdes because it has comfortable beds, clean linen and a toilet and bathroom that may not be brand new but very clean. We visit Lourdes in winter so the few restaurants that are open in centre-ville are a walking distance away. Nicolas at the reception was very helpful in recommending a restaurant. The buffet breakfast is typical french - viennoiseries, coffee, yogurt, butter, fruits ...

The rooms are really good value for money so any client couldn't demand more.

Delicious breakfast, and good location, handy for exploring Lourdes, as well as being close to the station.

We could not contact the hotel by phone before we arrived - there was no answer. On arrival, there were three other couples waiting to check in, but no staff were at reception. When staff arrived, they were busy with other things and could not attend to the waiting guests for 10 minutes or so. They made no eye contact or attempt to explain the delay. Once staff were available to check us in, everything was fine. Thanks.

Alexis and Adriana were both helpful with check-in process. Wifi worked well. Hot water really hot! Breakfast, although included in our reservation, is normally 9 euro, but well worth the cost and wonderful. Very fresh assortment of pastries and croissants. White and wheat bread with toaster. Assorted jams, Jamon and sliced boiled ham, 4 different cheeses, yogurt, apple sauce, oranges, bananas, apples and kiwi. Assortment of teas, automatic coffee machine with 7 different styles and hot water. Orange juice, apple juice and milk. 2 or 3 different dry cereals.

Accessiblity alert: Please beware Le Petit is accessible once inside. Entrance requires two steps down from sidewalk.

This accomodation is perfect for a one night stay at Lourdes. It is close to train and bus station, so one can easily check in as soon as one arrives at Lourdes, leaving luggage at accomodation and then head towards Sanctuary. Being so close to station is also convenient for check out. Accomodation is clean, bed was clean and thick carpet is confortable to walk on barefott. Bathroom was a bit small, and shower in my room was a bit elevated compared to bathroom floor, but its ok as long as one have no mobility issue. Price was ok, Elevator is ok too, while steps are a bit steep. Check in and out is at the reception of the the next door hotel and was easy. It is also very easy to find.

Breakfast was okay although personally I would have preferred some hot breakfast e.g. sausages but honestly was value for money. Maybe some hot chocolate would have also been good to have unless it was there and I missed seeing it.

I think everything was pretty good and have already provided my feedback on the breakfast. Location was a plus given that it was so close to the station.

The location is excellent and only 7m walk to the church…. The room was perfect the bed WOW in so many years of travel this was the best comfort bed I’ve ever slept including the pillows….. the shower was good as well….. breakfast was good to be honest crossante, hot milk and marmalade wow

The only thing I don’t like was the sink to big and when you are sitting down it’s to big…. But overall only that

The location the warmth and coziness of the room It’s an ideal one with minimal facilities Nicholas was courteous ! He agreed to watch over our luggage after we checked out too

The break fast was a paid one @9€ but refilling of the spread can be improved !

Price for double room less than hostel prices in other places in France. 3. Very clean 4. Very comfortable bed and pillows. 5.additional pillows provided. 6.good bath in the room. 7. Very nice and helpfull all reception managers. 8.non-stop kebab restaurant just near.

On arrival I was told that the room I had booked at 'Le Petit Majestic' had a problem therefore, I was given a room in 'Le Majestic' which is their second premises next door. I was clean, convenient and close to many shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The hotel is a 10 mins walk to the Grotto/Cathedral and the area is very safe even very late at night. A kettle in the room during this cold season could have been ideal for tea and coffee drinkers like me.

As the temperature has gone very cold, I would recommend they provide duvets rather than just the two blankets and a sheet; they were not warm enough and this is a personal opinion.

Great Location, nice Appartement with all Facility. A Little expansive , but for the Location… good value.

That the Building is in reformance and the Owner didn’t mention it. So if you are exploring Paris from early in the Morning until Late in the afternoon Perfect.
