The value for money was excellent, and commuication before the trip was helpful. Efficient in replying to emails, and with help with coach hire. Generous with the group on the day of departure when our flight was in the evening, The meal was simple but of amazing value, and helped many who are not well off to have something good to eat.

Closed to the basilisk, next to the crossroad where you can access the train station, the bus station, the heart of lourdes, next to most of things you come for
The door is not enough isolated from the noise in the halls, so you can hear who come and go... But well there wasnt much noise anyway.

Very good location, absolutely in the center, close to the main road, to the train station, and to the sanctuary too. The building is very lovely. The room was cute, cozy, and clean. The staff is very helpful.
Just a minor thing, maybe a shower cabin instead of the shower curtain would be useful.

The natural friendliness of all concerned. Unfortunately, it is to change hands this year and I shall be so sorry to see the management go. Hopefully, the new owners will keep up this hotels great reputation.
Absolutely nothing!! There is nothing that spoiled this lovely hotel.

Very convenient as within short walking distance from the train station and the sanctuary. Very clean and rather exceptional for a hotel with the stated star rating.

Location = perfect It is a home from home hotel and the proprietor goes out of his way to make sure you enjoy your meals and everything is to your satisfaction. An extremely friendly person who made sure my allergies didn't pose a problem for me and catered for them really well. I would highly recommend La Fontaine to all. I will be staying again next year.
