The value for money was excellent, and commuication before the trip was helpful. Efficient in replying to emails, and with help with coach hire. Generous with the group on the day of departure when our flight was in the evening, The meal was simple but of amazing value, and helped many who are not well off to have something good to eat.

The door is not enough isolated from the noise in the halls, so you can hear who come and go... But well there wasnt much noise anyway.

I really liked my stay, the hotel was simple yet clean and very close to the grotto. The proprietor was very helpful and very nice. Very good value.

Very good location, absolutely in the center, close to the main road, to the train station, and to the sanctuary too. The building is very lovely. The room was cute, cozy, and clean. The staff is very helpful.

Just a minor thing, maybe a shower cabin instead of the shower curtain would be useful.
