The staff was very friendly and helpful, clean and warm room and comfortable with tv, wifi,hairdryer , cabinet and telephone. Complete opposite of chamber chez marie ( very rude , unwelcome and very dirty and freezing cold. They put us in the loft wall paper peeling of and dumbness in the room and the worst to contact them . You have to go all the way down to go outside the place and ring the bell to get the attention of the host. so we decided to move to Majectic Hôtel that’s why we have an overlapped booking. What a waste of time , very tired looking for the so called chamber chez marie but there’s no such thing it’s just a number. A waste of money .

the bedrooms were squeaky clean, everything so tidy and smelled so good, really nice bathroom, nice and cosy, amazing location right in the centre.

the staff was quite serious and not too friendly, not a single smile from them, if they work in hospitality business they should be a little nicer, they seemed upset CONSTANTLY, also they didn't speak English which is quite weird for a hotel in such a touristy spot as Lourdes.

It was convenient to SCNF and Lourdes as well as restaurants. It was good value for the price. The €9 breakfast was acceptable.

It is a dated property but it has a lot of character. It met our needs for 2 nights. We stayed in the 4th floor room with ceiling beams. My husband did hit his head once. I thought the seven dwarfs would pop out.

Travelled from Bordeaux by train with no station announcements ended up getting out of train on the third stop which was Tarbes. Only finding this out once I existed the station. The Information chief was highly ignorant eventually after four attempts to get information of how to get to Lourdes entailing a wait of over an hour. I checked a train display on a train going in the opposite direction to the train we arrived on. The Chief of information took great pleasure in telling me " Too Late" when I asked if this was the Lourdes train. A taxi cost me E116 to get to my hotel.

Staff were friendly & available(as our train was late and we didnt arrive till 11:00pm this was appreciated.) Lovely young staff member helped book a taxi so we could get to the airport as there was no mode of transport so early on our departure date. Staff assisted at all times,rooms were clean and comfortable and had a great location as well as view. Thanks for making our stay so memorable and comfortable.

Nothing,perhaps have a kettle in the room so guests can have hot drinks when they like especially if they arrive late or need to leave early.

Low cost and close to train statio

It takes about 15-20 minutes of little slopewalking to sanctuaries. The cleaning lady forgot to put small cups one day, the other day provided no bath cleaning lotion. Heads bumped with low ceiling very often because of structural design. They put me to that room maybe low costs staying. But customer’s experience is not good and very enjoyable!

the staff were very helpful for example, the receptionist advised on travel by bus from the station to the airport for 1 Euro rather than an expensive taxi. Also, how to get to places. She also helped with an adaptor for my UK electrics,

The `room didn't have air conditioning, it did have an electric fan. Although I was not troubled by that (at the time I travelled) others might be

We enjoyed the ensuite facilities, so nice to have a bath after 2 weeks of camping. We also found the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice and pretty good value. We loved the period features of the building e.g. the beautiful wooden staircase

I felt that the staff could have been a little more friendly and welcoming. Also it would have been nice to have gluten free options at breakfast.

This hotel is 5 min. walk from the train station and 15 to 60 min.walk to the grotto depending on how many stores you stop at. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again ifI go back to Lourdes.

The bed, security and sound proof room. No light during the night due the window shutter.

Parts of the hotel did not seem clean to me, for example the Kitchen area and the stairwell.
