It was a perfect location for us, 250 yards from the train station. It was not far to walk to the restaurants and city centre but there was a bus from the train station to the main attractions for just €1. The receptionist was so helpful, experienced and professional she was also in the restaurant at breakfast. The hotel decor was stunning and the gardens and pool looked spotless. The room was a good size with a big bathroom and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable, though the furnishings and decor felt quite dated. Still, the beds were cozy, and the room was fully air-conditioned, which made for a pleasant stay. The bathroom setup is split (common in the U.S.) with a separate toilet and washing area. Both were surprisingly spacious by European standards. If your room is on the mountain side, you're in for a great view. Unfortunately, ours overlooked the train station, which isn't exactly scenic. That said, the hotel has a shared mountain-facing balcony accessible to all guests, a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink. =) Breakfast offered plenty of variety, including an impressive selection of sweets like tarts and pies, something you don’t often see at breakfast buffets. Good coffee too! It’s about a 20-minute walk to the holy site of Lourdes, which could be important information for many visitors. Last but not least, the hotel also has a small private parking lot, which is a real bonus in this town.

As mentioned earlier, the rooms could definitely benefit from some redecoration. Another small improvement would be upgrading the instant coffee provided. There are plenty of good-quality options available these days, and offering guests a better cup of coffee would be a simple but much-appreciated touch.

We had a short 2 night stay in Lourdes and picked this Best Western hotel and could not be happier with our choice. Very nice hotel, great location and most impressive was the staff & the service. We were there for New Years Eve and New Years Day, the staff we were working over the holidays, during a busy period but they were just AMAZING, full smile on their face each time and working with so much passion! From the check in experience, to service at breakfast & dinner, to attending to all the needs we had - really caring for us and our plans and going the extra mile to make things happen for us even when they didn't need to. Special thanks for Claudia, Jolande & Tess - YOU WERE AWESOME and I recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. I mean, it's a small town, you know what you can expect from smaller hotels like this but when the service stands out and you have amazing people taking care of you, that is what makes a difference to your holiday ! The rooms and bathroom are also recently renovated so it has a nice new feeling while keeping it's charm !

This elegant hotel is conveniently located near the train station which we needed for a quick trip to Paris and back. The hotel's upper balcony has beautiful views of the Pyrenees Mountain range. The hotel staff were very gracious and accommodating. The excellent breakfast offerings were extensive with fresh and dried fruits, juices, coffees and teas, a wide variety of cereals, rolls, pastries, apple strudel, breads, eggs, meats and cheeses.

Room and staff great. Outside areas lovely and a great if cold pool. Lovely eating terrace and drinks area in garden. Breakfast offered a great choice of food. Quiet rooms. Good but not aggressive Aircon.

Breakfast was a bit of a scrum. Queues for everything and all contained in a small area (not all dining area used )so had to wait for a table Water pressure in shower really abysmal ( hubby scrubbed storm shower to get some water out) small towels and one very stained but changed without a problem. wifi poor in rooms.

We booked The Best Western last minute for a one night stopover. We were very pleased that there was easy to access the car park and very friendly staff for a quick check in. The decor of our room was a little 'old fashioned' but had everything we required, in particular a good a/c unit & the bed was comfortable. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Lourdes churches and Grotto. We had an evening meal and breakfast at the hotel and the food was very good and reasonably priced. A good place to stay and we would recommend to friends.

This is a beautiful hotel. The breakfast was excellent as was the evening meal. The staff were so professional and helpful. Gabriella looked after us so well in the restaurant. She was so polite, kind and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious and served generously. The choice of the decor is modern, stylish and the ambience delightful. Parking facilities are excellent and  access is easy. The location of the hotel is superb as it is only a short walking distance from the grotto. We really look forward to another stay in this hotel.

This was the first international trip for our family, a pilgrimage to Lourdes. We had an unforgettable time at Lourdes, and our stay at the Bestwestern Beauséjour was undoubtedly, an important part of making our stay very special. We landed on 24th December, and the staff were courteous, service-minded, and guest-centric. They explained that we may not get food outside as the local stores / restaurants were mostly closed for the holiday. The rooms were spacious and clean, warm and cozy. The staff loved their work, were dedicated, worked hard with a smile. They even helped us find a box to pack some of the delicate material for our journey back.

Everything went well.

The room was bigger than expected, had tea and coffee which was good. The bathroom was lovely and big. The hotel itself seemed very grandiose which we were surprised by. We were able to walk into town easily for some food and the next day it was a short walk to the Grotto which was good. Parking was good and secure, the hotel itself is opposite the train station but we didn't hear any trains in the night. Would definitely stay again.

A few things needed replenishing during breakfast and rather than someone checking and replacing the items, I noticed people asking for them and I'd have asked myself but couldn't find anyone for a while so left it. Also found it a shame the restaurant was closed the two days we were there as it was the off season which we hadn't realised, most of the town was also closed food wise which wasn't ideal.
