I like the location of the hotel. It's very close to the sanctuary and st. Bernadette's house. Staff is helpful. Bathrooms need more care.

I was given a room on the 7th floor. It has a very beautiful view of the sanctuary and the river.... however the bathroom has a very bad smell I think from the sewage. I asked for another room. This time there was water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. It was only the first night because they fixed it later. I think the hotel should change the shower's door because it's quite hard to close tight.

Had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a fantastic view. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the cathedral, which made exploring the city so convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we’ll definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip! Highly recommend.

The only downside was the breakfast, which, in my opinion, wasn’t worth the €8 charge. Other than that, everything was great, and we’ll definitely consider staying here again on our next trip!

Location is excellent as it is right at the entrance of the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary and the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. It was ideal location for us to check-in and then go straight to the Basilica and Sanctuary within 8 minutes. And right opposite to the Hotel and nearby within 5 mins there were multiple restaurants for lunch, dinner and even breakfast if you opted to eat out. We went in for a religious pilgrimage and this suited the purpose.

The rooms are clean and very basic. The beds are comfortable but have large shelves near them - so do be careful not to hit them while getting up. The bathrooms are basic with compact showers. The breakfast served is very basic with croissants, cornflakes with options for coffee and tea. There are few cold cuts with cheese available.

The location is perfect, just a few mins walk to the sanctuary of our lady of lourdes and about 12 mins walk from the train station. Airport is also not so far. Loved the view from my window, I could see mountains, stream and the Church from my windows. The hotel was very quite and peaceful. The staff at the reception was very polite and cooperative. It was very easy to communicate with the guy at the reception as he understood English and was fluent as well. He was very helpful. I recommend this place to stay if you visit lourdes. I will definately book my stay here again on my next visit.

Everything was just perfect. Nothing negative

Nice, clean and functional room. My room had an excellent view of the Sanctuary of Notre Dame de Lourdes, the Fort and a small river running in front of it. The hotel has a lift. If you are planning on visiting the Sanctuary of Notre-Dame de Lourdes, you can't find a better place. Absolute value for money. Private parking available in front of the hotel for €7. This is a huge plus point. Breakfast available for €8... however breakfast was average.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was simply decorated, but with a super view. The facilities were great - an elevator, parking, and a bar where we could sit and have breakfast with our dog. We were very close to the sanctuary without being in the middle of the more commercial parts of the town. We had a lovely stay.

There was a small issue with the fluctuating temperature of the shower.

Location is convenient very close to the Sanctuary, private paid parking is an extra point no hassle to find one in the street. Reception checkin is fast, no hassle. However the central aircon is quite a difficult one during our stay. We cannot adjust the temperature in the room (on the top floor) it was warm and sun was inside the room with heat felt about 25degrees. When I informed the reception we were told is central control temperature, and no alternative like fan or change of room.

The hotel was so good I actually decided to spend an extra night there. The staff is incredibly helpful, so kind and always smiling, polite, ready to help with any piece of advice. Comfortable beds, great views, clean, perfect location! When I go back to Lourdes, I will definitely stay at this hotel again, strongly recommended!

I loved everything!

The location of the hotel is very convenient for those visiting Lourdes to enjoy visiting the Sanctuary and its activities. The room (525) was a standard, bright, clean, and relatively spacious double room. Breakfast at €8 a bit overpriced.

I cannot say that I was struck by any dislikes during our stay.

An excellent hotel - breakfast is good if you like it continental style (but the good bit is you can have as much of it as you like) otherwise there are good restaurants just a couple of minutes walk away - some do breakfast and lunch, others lunch and dinner. Our room had a view over the river which was magical - see photo

A full English breakfast - but unlikely in a French hotel. There was one brasserie in the street offering this for 18 euros.
