Good afternoon, Our drivers have enjoyed absolutely everything. The hotel personnel was polite and welcoming. The hotel employees are always happy to provide assistance for the visitiors on any issue relating to their rest. In addition, the coffee offered at the hotel tastes wonderful and is quite inexpensive. On the whole, our drivers enjoyed qualitative rest and complete relaxation. Whenever our groups come to Granada again, we will certainly opt for Hotel Philadelphia. The property was absolutely fine it’s what we paid for, 10 minutes walk to tram, into the centre of Granada, 3€ return so we can’t complain.

When we got back from the city we were told the bar and restaurant closes on a Saturday night however there was an excellent Chinese restaurant 2 mins walk away

We had a balcony with our room. More of a traditional style hotel but with latest key free / WhatsApp key locks .

The location is in an industrial area so can be noisy at night.

Cooling is super good Space Bathroom 24 h check in (on our request even at 1 a.m. as we had an issue with car that day)

Good cleaning good restaurant TV no complaints near juncaril tram 3 euro day ticket 1 euro 65 one way- 8 stops or so to city centre

While checking in. Room entry system worked well. Very clean. Friendly staff. Insight cafe / restaurant. Easy parking

Could have had extra pillows / single pillow was a bit flat

Very friendly person at night on reception who took extra effort to help us including pointing the parking place.

Slightly difficult to find the exact lication even with Google maps

Internet was sluggish. A kettle would be nice. The shower temperature was going between warm and hot.

Friendly front of house. Great restaurant. Super Clean . Free parking
