What I liked about the apartment is that it’s a fully equipped unit with two bedrooms and a living room, and everything in it is modern. The price is relatively reasonable for the service provided.

The main drawbacks of the apartment are the lack of an automatic washing machine, no floor squeegee to dry the bathroom floor, and no electric kettle. An important note: they lower the fridge’s cooling level, so as a guest, you’ll need to adjust the temperature yourself depending on the season. They ask for a €100 deposit, and it was the only hotel in Spain that requested my child's passport, even though child privacy is protected under European law. When I asked the receptionist about it, she simply said, "This is the hotel’s policy!"

I love the location where you can get almost everything at your reach. Supermarket, ATM, farmacy, buses, etc. It's a very cozy apartment which provides the necessary basic things like pots, microwave, fridge, plates and glass cup, toaster for bread, towels,toilet paper, iron and rac for sunning clothes and above all the whole apartment is equiped with a central air conditioning and heating which you can regulate as wish.

What I didn't like was the mattresses, especially in the big room. I lodged at room 4B, which has 2 sleeping rooms, but the big bed was a nightmare. It sinks when you sit or lie down on it. It's impossible. I was there with my 4 months old baby, but it was very, very difficult to breadfeed her while sitting on the bed with your back resting on the headboard. The best thing is to change that mattress for good, believe me. We had to sleep in the sofa bed in the sitting room through the whole stay at the apartment.

Huge, spacious and comfortable. It could easily fit more than 5 people (we’re only a group of 3) so you can imagine how worth the money it was. Location is nice, near bus stations, some cafes/restaurants and grocery stores. Staff were nice too, with nice locals around the area.

It was unclear where the building actually was, there was no signs or billboards of “Be Free Granada” so we had to ask the locals. No kettle provided, in contrary to the descriptions. Aircond took a while to pick up but all’s good. Limited soap/shampoo and should have more tissues/napkins provided.

The receptionist Esme was really friendly and very knowledgeable, one of the best service I have received in Spain. The apartment was perfect for a family of 5, really clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Granada with their own car to stay here. To get to the city the bus stop is just in front and within minutes you are in the city centre.

Wonderful apartment..it even had a large terrace which is not mentioned on booking.com..It was fully equipped..and the air con was perfect..Badly needed in the intense July heat..staff are really friendly and kind..whatever you need they are willing to help..it was spotlessly clean..and really quiet at night..perfect location..near to all the local shops..cafes and restaurants..and bus stop nearby to City Centre.

Excellent apartment with hotel-like experience. Reception on front entrance with helpful staff, free parking all around, we had no issue finding free spot. Aldi, mercadona, lidl, fish shop etc are very close. Bus stop is minute away and it takes you to the city centre. Highway is really close as well. All in all, we had great stay in huge apartment, we would come back for sure. I highly recommended it !!

It is very ventilated and clean. The family room is large enough. Even though the toilets are shared, but not among many rooms. And male and female toilets are separate, so ladies need not wait up. And the staff keep cleaning them, so loving the cleanness. The staff are onsite and helpful. Plus the cost is very decent!

The location indicated on booking.com is wrong and if you google it, it is also not the right address. The host will send you the right location, but it is not easy to notice it is a different address.

Clean, spacious, comfortable apartment. Steps away from the #4 bus line, which takes you directly into the city center, and connects with the C30 and C32 buses to the Alhambra. Also steps away from a Lidl grocery store. There are nice neighborhood tapas bars within a few blocks. The staff in the building are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this apartment for a visit to Granada.

We would have preferred an enclosed shower, to keep water from flooding the floor. However, a mop and bucket was provided.

Everything is great. Very clean and comfortable. They have front desk to handle the check in during the day. Free parking along the street is available, but depends on your luck, the spots are limited. Apartment offers under ground parking, but is chargeable. We were lucky to get a free parking outside.

You need to take bus #4 to get to central downtown. It costs euro 1.6 for one way. Bus is frequent.

Excellent location, very close to public transport and a Lidl just around the corner. The flat was spacious, clean and very well equipped. We got 1E which has a huge terrace, unfortunately completely overlooked and unfurnished, but the kids loved running around in it. Central air con was a life saver from the summer heat and the Wifi was also very good- supporting 3 kids devices! Check in was easy and instructions were clear, straightforward entry with key codes. Parking (extra charge) in the basement was also spacious and secure.
