1: nice lobby and great room. Everything smells good. 2: ac. awesome in this heat wave. 3: breakfast was amazing (loved the donuts) with options for everyone. Also loved the orange juicer. 4: staff: everyone was wonderful. They graciously packed a “picnic” for me as I had to leave for an early flight. 5: location: walkable to everything within 10-15 minutes (train station, gran via, university of Granada office, etc.). Also close drop off for ALSA airport bus.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. Nowhere is perfect but this came close for me.

Great, clean and modern room, comfortable bed, good space to work, a beautiful bathroom, all necessary personal care items were there without a need for request. Very helpful and efficient staff at the reception that accommodated all of our extra requests, including sudden need for cancellation of the last 2 days of stay with a full refund for these without any problems. Amazing variety of breakfast items that included most of the known to me breakfast types and made to a very high standard of quality. I will be back.

We are accustomed to parking being available for free at any hotels we visited previously. Internet is slow but that is all over the country, maybe the city infrastructure is to blame.

its a short walk into the city centre for someone who is fit enough to do it several times a day, however there are taxis and great public bus service available. The hotel has excellent breakfast service with great choice, and very good bar service. The outdoor pool is small but good for a cool dip. Had an inside facing room which make for a good quiet nights sleep. Beds comfortable.

Rooftop bar only open open weekends. Pool floor area was peeling with plastic floating in it, indoor pool was at a charge of 15 euros and this was not expected.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. The location was ideal—close to key attractions, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. It made exploring the area so convenient! The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit all tastes. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring every aspect of my stay was perfect. The staff are very nice. We had a large room with a walking closet and a generous bathroom. The bed is firm which I loved, also quite big! Everything is very clean and tidy, we appreciated the daily bottle of water as a gift from the hotel. Even though the hotel itself does not have a parking, they have a good arrangement with a parking next to them, very easy to find and super close to the hotel. We took the ticket once we paid, the hotel validates it and you pay straight away in the hotel when checking out.

The airco in the bedroom at some moments was not powerful enough.

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, they upgraded our room for free, great breakfast with variety of local foods, the spa is also worth visiting. The pool on the top floor is open from 1st of May, there is a parking just outside the hotel for 20 euros per day more or less, which you can pay at the reception. Also, the location is good, around 15 minutes walking from the city center. The room was perfect, spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. I would recommend it 100%.

Very nice place, great breakfast and everyone is so nice. The pool is in the rooftop with a small bar, it’s small, you can’t swim but it’s nice and you can relax. It’s a perfect and cheaper alternative for some of the 5 stars hotels you are use to.

It’s August, middle of summer and the hotel gets a bit crowded with people from everywhere. So sometimes it not easy to find a spot by the pool, some people may be a bit noisy even at breakfast and some will mess with the elevators. Of course this is not hotels fault. Make sure you bring your noise canceling headset.

Overall it is a hotel with an excellent price/quality ratio. We were provided a larger room which was much appreciated. The breakfast is quite varied and there was fresh orange juice, that our kid really took advantage of :)

The location is not in in the city center, and walking could take you 30-40 min. We had the Granada card and used the buses which was quite convenient. There is a SPA area, which unfortunately we could not try out as they don't allow kids inside.

Beautiful ‘boutique’ style Hotel, stylish, modern and very clean. Excellent amenities with a fantastic Spa and small pool, bar and sun loungers on the rooftop. The staff were very helpful and polite making for a very restful and relaxing break. Breakfast was very good and food was available throughout the day from the bars and as room service.

Nothing, it was amazing

Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice & excellent coffee. The location was slightly outside the city centre but public transport links were good & only a short walk away. The reception staff were very helpful and advised on how to access public transport.

On the negative side parking for luggage drop off was very difficult however overnight parking was available, at an additional charge 250m away.
