After a long trip, the hotel we had originally booked in Granada left us stranded on the street at night — and this hotel truly saved us. It’s incredibly comfortable, and you can tell that even the smallest details have been thoughtfully considered. The moment you step inside, you feel at ease. The beds are amazingly comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, the interior is beautiful, and everything is spotlessly clean. It’s also very safe, and the location is fantastic. In short, I highly recommend this place and truly hope I’ll be back again soon.

Wasn’t sound proof at all. Probably the worst sound proofed structure I have ever experienced. Could here people taking in the street until 2-3am and the people next door, it was like being in the room with them. Could even hear them brushing their teeth. Breakfast ok, but if I knew it would at been at a bar with limited choice I have wouldn’t not include it to the staying so that at least I could have choose whatever I wanted at the bar.

The location of the hotel was very central and the rooms had an interesting design. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed for a shorter stay.

Parking nearby was a bit expensive and challenging and the breakfast did not include unlimited coffee. The breakfast was not in the hotel but in a separate restaurant. You could only order a set menu which was okay. However, if I would visit the city again I would book the hotel without this breakfast since there are a lot of options nearby.

The location was excellent. Located to many great sites and restaurants. The room and hotel itself was beautiful and beautifully attired. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The management listened to our concerns and allowed us to shorten our stay for which we are immensely grateful.

The walls are very thin, so we had a hard time relaxing. We could hear everything in both rooms and assumed the same could be said for us. This disturbed our sleep and hampered our own activities. Traffic/crowd noise from the street was also noticeable. There are bright lights in the room that shine all night long and are difficult to cover up or mitigate. So we had a pretty difficult time sleeping, but it might be less of an issue for someone less sensitive to noise and light pollution.

Decor, location and cleanliness are the three best things about this hotel. It really is superbly located, the room was both spacious and pretty and the cleaning ladies should work in a 5-star hotel.

There is excellent noise insulation from the outside but not from the inside; you hear everything that happens in the corridor, and you hear your neighbours. The cleaning ladies deserve a pay rise, but it must be noted that they speak better English than some people at the reception. We wanted to order a taxi to the bus station an evening before the departure because we had to leave very early and that proved to be impossible. In the end, we nearly missed our bus. There is an elevator, but I promise it would lose a race with a snail. Perhaps this is meant to force you to use stairs and walk off some of the delicious tapas. ;)

We had room 26 which is the corner style room in the photos, absolutely great room - comfortable and airy, double walk in shower. Great nights sleep. We’d visited the Alhambra during the day which is just 3.5 kn away. Perfect night stop with romantic rooms.

Getting to the hotel was quite a challenge. I would suggest parking first and walking to the hotel to check in. We actually found the hotel parking before the hotel. Take care if driving as one if the approach roads is ‘taxi andbus only’ which our hire car sat nav did not warn us about.

Excellent property. Very close to the train station and to the city centre (10 min walk). The room wasn't very big, but is more than enough for 2 people, and also very clean and well equipped. The staff was polite and friendly, we didn't interact with them so much, only for check in/out and in the mornings, to get our tickets for the breakfast. The towels and water bottles in the room were changed every day, which is a big plus. Breakfast was indeed served at a caffe, 2 min away from the property. It consisted of coffee, fruit juice and a big toast of choice. Even if it's not very much variety, the food is very good and enough to keep you fed for a long tome. Also the staff at this bistro is really nice, friendly and efficient. Overall 10/10, I highly recommend this property!

Location was exceptional! About 5min walk from the train-station and from the city center. Have an amazing coffee shop just 30sec away from the door and a Churreria about a min away. Decor of the rooms was amazing. Really beautifully furnished and cozy. Very comfortable and with a smart TV.

I loved everything except that the walls are paper-thin and the first night we had an interesting experience with a very noisy neighbors the next room consummating their relationship :🫣🤣

Staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in. Great location and parking nearby. Room was really pleasant with a modern look within an older structure. As an architect, nicely done! Simple, but very effective. Great value. Appreciated breakfast was included even if it needed to be in a nearby cafe.

Very slow elevator. But then, most places we stayed in didn't have an elevator so it's all relative.

The room was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was huge. We had three patio doors which all opened out onto a lovely quiet street with small balconies. The location was perfect, just enough to be quiet but only a 10 minute walk to the main square. Excellent value for money. We would definitely stay again next time in Granada.

Although there were tea and coffee making facilities, there was no milk or creamer so black only. We booked breakfast but the hotel did not have their own facilities and had to use a cafe around the corner, although very adequate but unexpected.
