Its quite a price / quality principle. Staying shorter around 500 meters distance from Granada center for only 30 Euro per night in a big room with good bed, balcony and even a bath is unbelievable and covers all minor negativities. Super friendly personel. Thanx. Recommended!

Information has to be improved. Hotel has NO parking. But around there are 4 garages nearby. We paid 18 euros overnight We ordered doublebeds and received messages that they were not available (finally we still received a room with double bed Furtheron indeed noisy, dated but they are renovating.

The breakfast two weeks ago was £7.99 and was amazing. This trip it had increased to €9.99 which would have been a fair price BUT the seeded bread was stale, mushrooms beans and bacon cold and microwave not working, the Avocado and Bananas should have been put in the bin. The next morning it was better but Avocado still had black bits on it and I did pick up a stale roll which I put back.

Only the breakfast. Plus the room had not been hoovered and my friend and I were first in due to early hospital appointment

This is by far the BEST VALUE Hotel in Granada, we have stayed here multiple times and now the rooftop bar is OPEN after refurbishment. Its location is IN THE HISTORIC AREa and it is wheelchair friendly, you just have to ask reception to put the ramp outside to get in the first high step but after that all is accessable.

The location was the best facility to highlight keeping in mind the rate price. Also, mention that there was a bar on the rooftop where hotel customers can adhere a discount to consume drinks.

The room didn't have enough plugs and sockets.There were only three plugs. Two of them inside the toilet and the other one in the room but it was busy by the Television. As you can see, all of them were away from the bed. On the other hand, there was little natural light in the room. We always had to turn on the lights.

We were fortunate to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms. It was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Good location. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I think the price of the room was an accurate reflection for the quality of the rooms. I would return.

The only thing I would like to see added to the rooms is a full length mirror.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. The available hours were great, too.... until 12noon. The rest of the staff was very helpful 👌 they were always ready and available to help. Thank you all!! 😊

The bathroom needs hooks and shelves for personal items when changing or taking a shower.

Location was perfect, in city center. Stuff was really kind, helped us so much! Everything was clean. Ideal for short stay. The restaurant was also nice! Great valy for money.

The bathroom wall is in glass, very modern, but lack of privacy. Everyting can be seen or heard trough. Watch out if you are going with a friend or family member.

The staff is out of this world. Super helpful, nice attentive and patient. I went with my 3 cats and I had a sort of emergency and they went up and beyond for me to have a better time. They even gave me a bigger room for no extra charge because I had three cats. The receptionist Antonio was un amor de persona as they say in Spanish. Such a delight, they made my hectic time way better. Thank you so much!

The bed wasn't comfortable at all, by that time, I hadn't slept for 3 days, and I thought I would even sleep on the floor, but strangely enough, the bed was even less comfortable than sleeping on the floor and I also couldn't sleep 🤣 no complaints though, this is what you get for this price. Also the bathtub didn't have any borders so I felt so bad flooding the floor with water. Sorry for the cleaning people!

Rooms are old and some of them are under construction,but everything was clean. The receptionist speaks english and was very helpful, lagguage could be stored there. On the 4th floor werent any noise from the street, wonderful wiev to a monasterio.

The check in was not made by the personal, we had to do it online.
