We stayed here for one night only. Its real value for money, Room is VERY clean, VERY spacious. Very "future", love the Japanese toilet, and the touch screen vanity mirror.. Singing in the shower anyone? The check in & checkout process was smooth. No restaurant on site. We parked by the road side not far from the hotel (free from 6pm to 9am), there's option for paid parking too. Overall, a pleasant stay in a pleasant property.

Attention to solo female traveler or traveler with mobility challenges - you need to take stairs to the reception. May be challenging with heavy luggage.

Staff were great, room was clean and location was excellent for exploring granada. Ultra modern gimmicks were interesting.

Very small room. Window opened onto a roof where someone throws their rubbish. No fridge, no table, no nothing other than a big cupboard and the ultra modern gimmicks in toilet and shower and TV. Some of the time the TV didn't work, the fancy gimmicks in toilet didn't always work, and it took me a while to work out the shower. Not the staffs fault, I only reported the toilet issues on my last day. But honestly, get rid of the gimmicks and make everything just work normally, and maybe add a small fridge and some form of gold out table. A week of staying in a tiny room got a bit old. I dont think the hotel had a kitchen, just a small outdoor area with a table. My fault, I should have picked a different place to stay for a week. For a night or so this hotel would be fine.

Centrically located, yet very quiet. The room was spacious, clean and welcoming. Kids totally loved all those buttons they could press, so our stay was full of happy giggles. The lady at the check in was charming.

The technologies have their dark side and sometimes don’t work as expected (like the toilet flashing on its own unexpected). The smoking area was right outside of our room door (although this could be an advantage for somebody who smokes). Although the booking says that an early check in is included, it is not true.

The staff was great. Very helpful and friendly. Always ready to help the customers.

- It was a quite tech oriented hotel but sometimes that was just too much. Some examples: * When bathroom sink tap was switched-on it was always at its maximum flow and always at a highest temperature. Why was not saved the last setting? * The toilet cover was always automatically opening. Why? - The hotel looked good and had a beautiful modern architecture however, some of the construction finishes were a little raw...

The rooms were very clean, and the staff helpful. The high-tech stuff worked (mostly), but were not always easy to fathom. We could never figure out how to turn off the Facebook home page on the bathroom mirror.

Too high tech for me. Also, the stairs from the street into the hotel were steep and difficult to manage for people with mobility issues. .

Good location in walking distance from everything. Big room.

The water from the shower kept flowing into the room. The "automatic" toilet sometimes opened and closed unexpectedly. Also auto flushing without any reason. One of the neon lights in the room was flashing sometimes.

What breakfast? We weren’t offered any and there was no dinning room

I really did not like the massive water waste with your intelligent toilets and water faucets. Too much technology for my taste and water waste is tooooo much !

Location was super, everything walking distance! The staff was super nice, friendly and helpful! The room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was new technology haha. Everything was a very great experience :) If coming back to Granada, will definitely come here again!

We liked the cleaning at the hotel and the staff as they were very helpful since the beginning.

We didn’t really like the much technology there’s in the room, even though we knew about it before booking it, as the controller wasn’t working properly.

Cool place! Close to lots of great restaurants and staff are great.

Although I find the automaticity and technology of all the facilities interesting, I found myself missing a regular tap and toilet!
