Amazingly beautiful property, spotlessly clean with all amenities available. The location is second to none, right in the middle of Granada. Luis was super helpful and made us feel very welcome. Great deal on parking available as well! We’ll definitely be back!

Loved having access on our phone to unlock and open building and apartment door. Comfortable twin beds and when we asked for more pillows, housekeeping brought them a few hours later. We were a little worried about the stovetop espresso maker having never used one before, but after purchasing coffee and making coffee at the apartment, we realized it was the best coffee we've had so far on our Spain trip. Loved the tile floors. Very nice shower and big bathroom. Shared laundry room including both a washer and dryer was nice.

Overhead lights were too bright, but that's not a reason to not stay here.

1. The check-in experience is modern. Communication with instructions was done via WhatsApp (my preferred choice. I'm sure they have alternatives - like email and phone.). Once all the identity proof has been provided online, one has access to a web app that allows for opening of building door as well as the apartment door. They also have alternatives like a manual pin code entry on the outside building door. 2. Staff (Ana) was very helpful in person and was available on WhatsApp too. 3. Location is excellent - walking distance to the Cathedral and eating options. We took taxi/uber to visit Albaycin and Alhambra - which in any case are away from the old town. 4. Apartment is clean and a nice combination of modern and old (especially the tiled floor :))

The apartment is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable family stay. It offers a cozy atmosphere that immerses you in the city's rich history, making you feel as if you've stepped into the past. The location is excellent, with numerous restaurants, supermarkets, and bars nearby. Access to the apartment is simple and convenient thanks to a digital key system, and the neighborhood feels very safe.

The washing machine is located on the first floor and shared among multiple apartments. We checked twice—once in the early morning and again late at night—and found it in use both times. Given the number of units in the building, a single washing machine appears insufficient.

The location was very good. Only minutes from the Granada cathedral and within old town area. Also, within easy walking distance of all main attractions - even those further afield are walkable and for those able - bodied you can walk from train station with luggage on wheels. The apartment was very clean, well appointed and spacious. There are plenty of restaurants, bars , cafes etc. close by and a couple of supermarkets. We were met at a reception area and able to access the apartment earlier than checkin time which was very convenient for us and the hosts did their best to make that happen. Luggage storage was possible anyhow. Would stay there again and I would recommend to family and friends.

Exceptionally clean and spacious. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook, eat and cleanup. It has a toaster and electric water kettle, induction stove, refrigerator, and ironing board. We bought eggs, bread butter and salt from a little grocery store across the street. We made breakfast both mornings we stayed. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom again was spacious and great water pressure for the shower. Owner/ manager was available and very obliging with a special request we had. The receptionist/desk clerk gave us his WhatsApp phone number for any issues we may have had and ordered taxi for us as our phones eSIM for Spain did not work as expected. Although near a main street and lots of foot traffic, it was relatively quiet. Excellent facility! Great location to major sites.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The location was very close to the main street, by the university. A grocery right across the street. An abundance of shops and restaurants. Easy to take a taxi up to the Alhambra and the city viewpoint, then walk back down.

The windows faced a side street that was very busy day and night. Noisy when the windows were open for fresh air. Our apartment was ready early, but they forgot to stock towels and dish soap -- these were quickly brought up when we asked.

Everything went very well. We had to register online (scan passports) and we got a key code when room was ready. There is someone at the desk only in the morning, the whole building is theirs for renting aparts, like a hotel. Check-in is at 4pm but we let our luggage and went around until got the message the room was ready around 2pm. The apart was at 3rd floor (last), very nice and clean, very comfy beds. It was quiet. Shower hot and strong, large bathroom. We only stay 2 nights and didnt really use kitchen stuff, so I cant comment on that. There is an elevator.

The apartment is super clean, very spacious, and beautifully decorated, great kitchen and bathroom, the floor tile is most delighted and elegant, we feel just like home. Also the apartment is very central, many restaurants around, grocery store is just cross road, we feel very comfortable and safe during the stay, the staff members are very friendly and helpful. Love everything about this apartment .

Nothing, everything is fabulous.

Perfect location in the center of Granada, large apartment, excellent air conditioner, clean, comfortable. There is a lift so no need to climb stairs. The bathroom is large, and the water pressure is pleasantly strong. If you have a car be advised that it's very hard to get to the apartment without driving through the restricted area in the center of Granada. Mosaiko offers a deal for a parking about 7-10 min walk.

The apartment is almost perfect, a coffee machine in the kitchen would be a bonus.
