The whole room was lovely, very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The location was brilliant as we were attending a family wedding in the church attached to the cathedral.

The thermostat in the room was not allowing us to blow cool air into the room, we were told by staff that this was due to the fact that they had switched the whole building over and turned the cold air off for winter. This I can appreciate but due to the location the room held the heat and at one point reached over 35 degrees over night. The staff were brilliant in explaining this and rectified with a fan & a lovely bottle of white wine!

We received a friendly, informative welcome and were shown to our accommodation, which was as clean and contemporary as expected. Lots of small details had been considered and we had a warm and comfortable stay. The location was great, very central but with minimal city noise. It was excellent value for money and we'd book again and recommend it to others without hesitation. Stylish, secure, warm, light and with thoughtful extras and friendly staff, Bibo Suites San Augustín you're doing everything right and deserve every success.

On a back street off a main street, the location not attractive but grew on me with fruit and veg store, bakery and nice bar and restaurant just outside the door and plenty more just beyond, Very busy in October advise book the right tour for you to see the Alhambra complex- we walked up there as it wasnt very hot but still a tiring few hours in total ! If you like raw authentic flamenco you can book to see it in the nearby cave theatres

Arriving by train early afternoon before the room was ready and having to take luggage a 3-5 minute walk up the main street to another property and then return to pick it up -the staff were friendly and helpful but with only a short time in the city it would have been nice if the luggage had been taken back for us as we had a rush to get back from a tour of the Alhambra to collect it.

Great location near to cathedral and right next to San Agustin Market which is fab for food and drinks. (But closes early evening) Lots of bars and restaurants near by and walking distance to all places of interest. Apartments and newly refurbished and very modern and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen and fab coffee machine with lots of pods provided. Fab Apartment and will defo stay again

Wardrobe/ drawer Space was limited. OK for us as only 2 in 4 person apt and only there 3 nights. Also missed a dressing table area But only minor. Loved this apartment

The location was perfect, right in the central part of Granada, very close to the cathedral, all the shops, restaurants, bus stops. The apartments are in a renovated building that is very nice. Check-in was easy using the access codes and we had no issues. The apartment was very nice, spacious, super clean with all the amenities we would have need: toiletries in the bathroom, towels, well stock kitchen. I highly recommend this apartment. It was also nice to find a bottle of water when we arrived. Wi-fi worked perfectly, it was great having the curtains to darken the room. I highly recommend this apartment, I would stay again in it.

The night and early morning street noise; it is however understandable being in a central location. It would have been nice to have a double bed and not 2 single beds.

My husband and I visited Granda for nothing more than the legendary Alhambra. As we strolled the streets of historic and beautiful Granada, I found myself longing to sneak back to our peaceful retreat at Bibo suites! My dogs were barkin’ by the end of our day, and Bibo was the best place place for a rest. Highly suggest staying here for the excellent location and quiet retreat.

We were a group of 4 people including a 1 year old child, and this place was perfect for us. The infant slept in a baby cot and by her side I slept on a sofa bed, which was very comfortable :) We also liked the kitchen which had enough equipments. Upon checking in, I realized I made a mistake (100% my fault), but the receptionist Claudia kindly tried to solve the issue for more than one hour. We truly appreciated her support!

The property is beautiful right in the middle of historic Granada. Lots of shops, stores, and a variety of places to eat (as well as all the history)! The kitchen has everything. The BiBo staff was very helpful, even assisting me with a personal issue unrelated to the property.

Reflecting that parking in old historical districts is very limited (expensive), the parking cost down the street was €33/ day. Buying daily passes thru BiBo reduced that cost.

This place was huge and well appointed. Big fluffy towels. Working kitchen. Amazing location 2 blocks from Cathedral, one mile from train and one block from grocery. Restaurants within 5 meters of door. Fruit market, panaderia, Coffee shop and a wine/cheese shop were within a block. It really could not have been a better location.

Bed sheets were very average and the comforter had stains on it.

Amazing apartment! So beautiful and comfortable. I can’t believe how good the price was for such a nice place! I love the online check in so you get the door codes. No keys to keep track of. (note: if the link doesn’t come through in the SMS go into booking.com directly. I had no problems but another couple who arrived after hours had some trouble because they hadn’t checked in already)

The street noise woke me throughout the night. I had the windows and shutters closed and yet it was so loud. I had literally been at a hotel on the other side of the same street previously and hardly heard anything but the windows were not sound proof at all.
