The location is smack bang half way between the city of Granada and the Sierra Nevada Ski Village making it perfect for visiting both. (Around a 30 min drive both ways) The staff where outstandingly accommodating and even let us stay using certain facilities like the cozy fireplace after hours. The restaurant service and food was top notch and the bar is great as well as cheap. Our room had a beautiful view over the open mountains and we even saw some wild boar roaming the surrounding area. We had our scepticisms due to the 2 star rating of the hotel but in all honesty our stay at the hotel made a fantastic holiday perfect.

On arrival our toilet was wet with a hair stuck to it, however it was only water from cleaning and the hair was easily taken care of. One night the restaurant closed 2 hours before it's scheduled closing time, though given the time of year and amount of guests present I can perfectly understand not keeping an entire restaurant open for 1 or 2 tables.

Staff are very pleasant and helpful, allowed us to check in early, nothing is too much trouble. Beds are super comfortable and rooms basic and cosy, well equipped with lots of hot water. Views from the terrace are amazing! Restaurant is very pleasant with a great breakfast and plenty of variety. Lunch and evening meal menus are nice and great prices. Overall a great budget place, independent place to stay, close to the ski station with plenty of parking too. We will definitely stay again and really feel that we have found a little gem . Nothing we didn’t like. Exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. A bus stop close by for the ski station would be nice but that is not in the control of the hotel

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a lovely quite location. We has a room that went out onto a large balcony with chairs and a table . Where we could sit in the sun and enjoy the views. The food was also really good. Nice home cooked food. Great location for walking and big carpal too. Rooms were spacious with everything you need. Great wifi too. They have two dogs that wonder around which is nice. They are very friendly.

Breakfast was nice, beds were comfortable and great location.

Could be cleaner in the room. Old and abit dated, could do with a deep clean to the bathroom tiles and grout, although the room does have character and a Spanish feel.

Restaurant and bar little bit cold for sitting in. Ski locker not locked. This may not be a problem for some just needs mentioning.

Everything The location is exceptional. Like literally on top of a mountain with the best view ever. Rooms facing a beautiful valley (We had booked the Quadruple Room) Ample parking for cars. Amazing rooms. Very spacious. Most helping staff. Their restaurant is also as great as the hotel. Amazing food. They have a play room which was great for us (Pool) and kids.

Great location and the marvellous view 🫶 There are sun-beds on the terrace where you can relax and enjoy the beauty. The room is clean, everything is as described. Good value for the money. Perfect choice if you want to be in silence and closer to nature. The hotel has it’s own restaurant and almost nothing around, except the mountains and trees ⛰️🌲

Friendly staff, flexible rules, awesome food, friendly animals (dog Alma and unnamed mountain cat), nice services (pool, jacuzzi, sauna, billiards etc.) and awesome atmosphere in the middle of the mountains. Relatively short distances to services (you can't except anything else in the mountains if you want a better spot like this) and a free car park, wich is useful. If you do not come with your own car, a internet based people transport was around 15-20€ with 20min wait to the nearest villages.

That the sauna was not in use, but there was an reasonable explanation for that. Maybe next time, I suggest to ask about that before the accomodation starts.

I liked the staff and the owner. They were very hospitable. The room was good, and it was serviced every day.

Well, even though I probably would not have gone into the swimming pool, as it was not warm enough for me, it was not in use, and uninviting.

All was very nice. The stuff was very helpfull and smile. Very comfortable bed. It was a nice surprise that ar 10 p.m. the kitchen restaurant was open and we could sth eat. The breakfast was taste. I recommend this hotel.
