The common areas are beautifully decorated and inviting, creating a cozy atmosphere that's perfect for winter days and nights. With charming fireplaces adding to the ambiance, it's an ideal mountain retreat. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast good as well. The location is superb, boasting stunning mountain views, and it's conveniently less than a 5-minute walk to the slopes.

The rooms require a modern update, as the furnishings, flooring, and bathrooms feel outdated. Additionally, the internet connection in the bedrooms is unreliable, making it difficult to work from there. You may need to go to the common areas for a more stable connection.

Location of hotel perfect!! Breakfast fabulous Renovations great in public areas - bedrooms def need renovating & modernising. Gather this will take place later this year.

Noise!! Very loud music can be heard in bedrooms esp on Saturday until after midnight. Hopefully renovations will include soundproofing! Shame spa wasn’t open as think that will be great addition. Also no games room - last time we came there was pool tables and card tables etc.

The hotel is lovely. The communal areas have all been renovated and it feels very luxurious. The rooms are a little dated but comfortable enough and I understand that these are also being renovated. We stayed for 3 nights and had bed and breakfast. The breakfast buffet in the hotel is excellent. I imagine that this hotels star rating will increase as soon as they open the spa/pool.

There is a restaurant in the hotel called Beso. This should be avoided at all costs! Expensive, extremely average food and the staff were a little rude. I would recommend eating at the hotel half board buffet or going elsewhere for dinner as there are loads of great restaurants in the plaza/town

Location of this hotel is perfect. The views to the snowy mountains make it magical. Breakfast was amazing since its a buffet style with so many options to choose. The front desk staff was very nice. They gave us a crib for our baby that was clean and comfortable.

The rooms are outdated. Mold on the bathroom wall tiles and the cleaning staff didn't do much to clean it. In hotel industry a towel on the floor means I need a clean one, and they just put it back on the holder. Floors are tile and they just swipe with a towel leaving a lot of dirt and dust all over.

Beautiful views towards the mountains. Lovely, comfortable and relaxing public areas. Very clean and easy access to everything, restaurants, ski in-ski out, the garage etc. The breakfast was great and delicious with a huge various menu and really good organized.

The dinner and breakfast buffet were very nice. We prepaid the parking fee in the reception which was very convenient.

There was no changing room to change to ski clothes when we arrived in the morning. We could use a toilet but that isn't the same. When the hotel was ran in another regime earlier there was changing room with showers etc. Hopefully there will be changing room available when the refurbishment is completed.

Excellent breakfast and dinner, as it was buffet style, but you also had the option of picking your favorite food and it will be cooked for you, what a brillant idea. Thank you Staff were very friendly and helpful, also rooms very clean and tidy all around hotel. Enjoyed our stay, thank you to make it possible.

Only one dislike, was the matrress. Mattress was very wobbly,

Breakfast and dinner were very good I was disappointed that the hotel no longer offers to look after luggage on the last day after checking out I have been many times to the Ziriab and they previously offered changing and showering facilities as well as luggage storage on the day we checked out This was not available and we were told to put luggage in our car and change in the toilets This is a retrograde step and such a shame it has been lost

Bring back the facility of luggage storage and shower and changing facilities so that guests can ski on the last day having checked out

The location was fantastic, with ski storage right by the main gondola so no need to carry your equipment a long distance, breakfast was great, with a lot of choice.

The bathroom could be updated, slightly noisy, depending where your located, but the hotel is going through a refurbishment, if the same quality is used as with the reception and lobby / restaurant areas, then it will be fantastic

No WiFi in bedroom - I'd assumed that the rooms had WiFi because this is 2024, but it turns out that floor -4 does not. This was disappointing for the money paid. Check-in delay.
