We loved it because it was central to the town, walking distance to all skiing amenities ..the heating in the room was on, on arrival which was great after being on the slopes all day. The room was huge, and the continental breakfast was great, good selections, hot and cold.

Great hotel in such a fabulous location for everything. Really friendly, lovely staff, especially Angie/Antje the main receptionist, who recommended the best ski hire and places to eat. Bars below offering a wide variety of food to suit all tastes. The hotel is on the main level with the town and all facilities. 5 minutes walk to the main gondola stations.

location!!! no need to climb up just on the square! come outside and you are in the middle of town with cafes shoos and market at your door step. The staff was very Very nice! very helping and friendly!

The location was perfect, a 5 min walk from the main lift to the slopes. The hotel was ok, food was fine, can’t really complain about it. The room was big and clean, bathroom was very nice with a big shower.

The location is so centric that it’s basically in the middle of the bars and pubs, so the room wasn’t very quiet. Obviously this is not something that has to do with the hotel itself but if you want a good rest during the night you might choose something a bit less centric. Also our room was at the first floor, so very close to the streets, an higher room would have been better I guess.

Ski trip so always warm rooms and always hot water both welcome. Skis and boots in room. Staff were excellent.

Lift difficult to operate.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, close to the main square, ski schools and restaurants.

The bathrooms need some refurbishment, quite outdated

no parking available on site ! but there is underground parking or street parking that you need to pay during the day

lovely large light rooms with a good coffee pod machine in. Full breakfast included in the price. good location and quiet at night.

The decor is a bit tired and in need of refurbishment.
