Perfect location - being able to park close by is a huge bonus. I can imagine it being a little noisy in the winter with a lot more people around but it was perfect for a summer break. The studio for 2 was very clean and comfortable and the little kitchen is great. They’ve used the space really well. I wasn’t actually expecting anyone to be at reception as I thought it was all coded in winter but the lady who met us was lovely.

I didn’t even think it check about air conditioning and it was very very hot when we were visiting! Luckily we go to bed late but if you go to bed before 01:00 I can imagine it being uncomfortable. Slight confusion as we got one communication saying we couldn’t check in until 17:00 and then another saying we could check-in from 12:00.

Excellent communication from Carmen prior to arrival, who will purchase lift passes for you to avoid having to queue in the mornings. The location of the property was amazing - so convenient for the ski lifts, bars and restaurants. Our 2 person studio was compact but was fine for a 4 night stay. We had a lovely view out pf the room over the mountains, which was great. It was a nice and warm in the apartment and there was enough hot water. There are convenient lockers outside each room to store ski/snowboarding equipment. There was a public car park directly below the apartments which was very convenient.

The kitchenette area and bathrooms were clean but looking ‘tired’. They are definitely due are fresh.

We had an amazing stay here! A special mention to all the workers from the reception. They were all so friendly and helpfull!! It feels so good to arrive at a place and they welcome you so warm, I felt at home immedialty ! We had an appartment on the first floor with view to the parking entrance and the mountains. The appartment was nice and warm, which is important in a ski resort. The location is amazing, just at the main square and close to the parking. The appartment has all you need for a good stay: kitchen , bathroom, Tv with Netflix. I love that they also allow you to bring your dog. We will come back here!

I found our stay amazing, just personally I would like some better quality matrasses for a better rest after a lot of physical activities on the mountains. Also, take into account that some bedrooms face the hall and have no window view and it can get a bit noisy in the hall, luckily I brought earplugs so that helped.

The hotel & room was clean, comfortable & in a really good location. The room was comprehensively equipped with & well stocked. Communication was excellent at all times! We really enjoyed our stay & definitely recommend the hotel. Our friends recommended this hotel & we were not disappointed.

Everything was perfect (for us) the area was very quiet, but it is “out of season” & to be expected. I can imagine this hotel being very busy & lots of fun in the winter high season, but also it was perfect for a summer “get away”

We had a 3 person studio for 2 of us, which provided nice space to relax after a long day skiing. The room was very clean. Kitchenette was very handy. The location is excellent. We parked in the main resort car park underneath the apartments. Rented our skis in the shop downstairs and a short walk across the plaza to the gondola.

An extra socket in the kitchenette for the coffee machine would have been handy

The nice staff, cleanliness, well equipped and very comfortable and roomy one bedroom apartment. Had all that was needed. Such a great location on main plaza, close to the gondola and lots of other restaurants, bars and supermarket. Very close to coach stop off and departure point to Granada.

I would of preferred a central room not a corner one. not everyone was checked in that day and despite asking for a room change it wasnt possible . Yet 4 hours later people were still checking into empty rooms. so being the earlier guest I feel I should of been given a choice. But that is really being over picky because the place is always great and have no real complaints at all in general. Brilliant friendly staff and place is extra clean and the best location in the resort.

Great location, the room is very clear. The kitchen is small and contains all necessary for preparing meals. There was coffee, tea, the kitchen was clean. Definitely would choose same location for next visit in Sierra Nevada.

In the room it smelled a bit too much like chlorine and we had to leave the windows opened all day to refresh the air. I understand this is used for cleaning and I appreciate the cleaning however adding less chlorine would help.

They gave us a free upgrade as they had a suite available, which meant we had lots of room, a nice stove in the kitchen, and had already booked for an amazing view with twin beds, so we were chuffed.

Not much we didn't like actually. Maybe the advice from the receptionist could have been a bit better, but she wasn't the one in charge of the skiing organisation, her colleague was and her colleague was very good.

Location, very central with good parking area and great access to everything in the village. Ideal location. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff members speaking several languages. Lookers for skis by the door of the unit.

Not to much to do for non skiers in the winter season. Cleaning could be a little better... and at least some service during 1 week stay... and terrace was useless as dirty from day one unfortunately. No place to dry/warm the sky boots for the next day... used the kitchen floor to not destroy the nice wooden floors of the unit.
