Lovely traditional ski lodge style Hotel, close to the lifts and all the amenities. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly from start to finish. Especially Fernando who made sure we had a car parking space from when we arrived, to making us feel very much at home when serving us drinks after a days skiing, and making dinner reservations in the evening. The lady at reception was very helpful in organising our antigen tests for the return home and booked us in at Granada 2 days before we left. The self service breakfast was very nice and stood us in good stead for a day on the slopes. This is a 3 star Hotel so don't expect 5 stars but it is great value for money, and goes beyond expectations! thoroughly recommend

I especially liked how close it is to the village, the very cozy atmosphere at night, with a fireplace and a pool table. I also liked the bar. the view is breathtaking. it’s great to go with kids. very friendly staff. here is also parking which is a great asset, the bathrooms are new! I love the place

The Hotel is in a good location. Although around 15 minutes walk from centre and gondola and up a flight of stairs it was in a quieter location . Other accommodation at the top of the resort requires a car to get up and down or a chairlift which finished at 1800 hours.

The resort is not the prettiest and even a bit scruffy, but it is very friendly and has lots of good restaurants

Amazing breakfast, and firepit confort. Everyone in the staff was so friendly, except the spanish boy at nighttime. They made the stay very pleasant, I just wish they make dinner time and availability more predictable.

Bedrooms soundproofing needs improvements, the machine at the bar making the continuous noise heard on the floor below at quiet hours probably needs mechanical parts replaced.

The Staff were excellent, all of them. Breakfast was really good too.

The mattresses were far too old, I had a quite bad night of sleep and then I was tired all they on the slopes.

So the hotel is basic and the breakfast is a bit hit and miss but it’s warm, comfortable, plenty of hot water and the staff are very friendly. I would stay again.

Breakfast was a bit hit and miss. Food was not replaced when finished and would of been nice to have a bit of fruit other than apples that look like have been there a while.

Location was good, under 10 mins walk from the lifts. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was excellent- full size bath & a good shower. There was no noise at night, so I slept very well. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. There is a nice bar with mountain views, and comfortable chairs in the reception area.
