Staff were wonderful , very helpful and friendly. We were allowed access to our room prior to check in time. Which was great as the weather was gale force with sleet. Both meals were enjoyable, included in the price, so worth the money. Simple accommodation, possibly in need of upgrading however when you’re out on the piste all day, how long do you need to spend in your room .

Lovely staff. Comfortable bed and a bath on bathroom which is great after spending day skiing. Enjoyable breakfast. Location good for getting to ski lifts just a shame there was very little snow, so couldn't ski in/out. Right next to bus stop for shuttle that goes around. Parking outside hotel. Hotel room nice and warm

Exterior of building a bit off putting because it looks rundown but inside clean despite needing renovations. Room clean but needs renovating. Lot of school children so I suppose it's going to have a lot of wear and tear. Think a lot of repairs have been DIY. Dinner ok but a little limited in choice. Perfectly OK for a budget hotel. Could do with mirror in bedroom.

The location was nice, it is high up the mountain but parking was a lot easier, free and there are nice mountain views. The meals were simple but perfect, always nice and plenty. The people working there were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was good, there was nothing I didn´t like. Only thing is once the chair lift stops in the evening you would have to walk down and backup the mountain which can be challenging on the way back up but it can also be nice if you take your time. However as meals are included you don´t really need to head anywhere in the evening.

Lovely staff, basic room but with all that is required, warm despite cold temperatures, easy to find and great parking, fair walk down but fantastic public bus service available.

Could be cleaner & 2 little bugs found alive in the bed!

The staff was amazing to say the least, the food tough not with a lot of choice was more than enough and great. The view was amazing. The distance to the bus station was great.

The distance to the cable car wasn't much (10 min walk) but at such altitude it's not easy, specially with kids.

Cosy, small restaurant, food included and good quality, friendly staff in the restaurant. Heated room and restaurant.

Hotel has no parking! Public parking was full at arrival. Staff advised parking slot that created a very unpleasant situation with neighbour Security. Skiing area entry far away. Bus usage required. Hotel and rooms old and very simple.

The staff were really helpful, accommodating our dietary needs so well and at at short notice. Nothing was too much trouble, including lending us a shovel to dig our car out of the deep snow!

Host were very helpful. Booked in earlier as rooms were ready. Spade was available so I could dig my car out of the fresh snow

It was a nice simple straight forward hotel, all needed was there and not very expensive. Really good.

It was a little further away then expected, walking to the ski resort is a no go, and we needed to take the car, while we initially estimated it would be possible by foot.
