The apartment is very central - close to the cathedral. right in the hear of the old town and is a very busy area with lots of bars and the big market nearby. It is three floors up and so quite private but you get a great atmosphere from the street

The bar below the apartment stayed open until around 3am and the noise on the street continued until around 4 am. Great if you want a party, but we are in our 60's and so would have preferred it to be a bit quieter! note that the cathedral is also being renovated (autumn 2024) and so was closed.

Located in a vibrant area so plenty to get food wise and near to the main sights. Staff were friendly and helped me sort out a taxi to the airport; also thank you to Lucia I think it was for the food recommendations. The room was large and had 2 decent balconies and black out blinds with double doors, so noise from outside and light was not a problem. Internet was very fast.

The beds; they weren't overly comfortable and had 2 twins squashed together which never works. The safe could fit a few basics, but that was it. Breakfast wasn't overly plentiful, was just ok.

Perfect location in the city centre. You can easily walk almost everywhere from Plaza Bib-Rambla. We absolutely loved the views of Cathedral, Alhambra, and Sierra Nevada from our room on the top floor. Absolutely stunning! The staff was super friendly, helpful and kind. We felt really welcomed here. The room and bathroom were spacious, the bed was really comfy. We enjoyed our breakfast very much, great variety of choices.

A bit noisy due to many guests visiting the adjacent top floor terrace, but not a big deal for us.

Fantastic location in the heart of the city, highly recommend requesting room 502 for the beautiful views of Alhambra and the Cathedral. The room was spacious, airconditioning and wifi worked well, exactly like the photos. Staff were kind enough to let us check in early and gave better advice on where to go around the city than what we got from the official tourism office. Will be recommending this hotel to any of our family or friends coming to Granada.

My room was on the first floor and close to reception, which turned out to be fortuitous. On my first night there was a panic when I was locked out of the bathroom, due to a fault in the door handle. I reported this to reception, but there was only one member of staff on duty and he was busy checking in other guests. He eventually came to assess the problem and then fetched a tool box. He phoned the maintenance guy, put him on loudspeaker, and a temporary solution was devised, pending a full repair the next day when I would be out visiting the Alhambra. I was mildly inconvenienced, hence I've knocked a couple of points off my rating. Otherwise the room was lovely. It overlooked the Plaza Bibbrambla, but with the shutters closed I was not disturbed by noise. The breakfast was more than adequate for my needs. On the 5th. and top flloor there is a terrace with fantastic views of the city, the Alhambra and the Sierra Nevada mountains. I bought drinks and snacks from reception and spent time up there making calls, messaging friends and writing my journal. The hotel is situated in a pedestrianised area. The taxi drop-off/pick-up point is on Plaza de Carmen, about 100 metres away. Hotel staff were very helpful and knowledgable.

Maybe a bit more furniture in the room. I like to write a daily journal, so a table or desk may have been helpful. However, the rooftop terrace enabled me to do this comfort. In retrospect, I ought to have booked a longer stay in Granada. I am hopeful of returning in the near future.

Outstanding stay, can't really fault it. The hotel couldn't be more central. It's quite modern but also has character. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and were all faultless. The terrace overlooking the city is incredible, better than a rooftop bar at a 5 star hotel nearby. We all adored this hotel and would stay here if ever visiting Granada again.

Only small issues. Our room was small and didn't have much surface space including a desk. But it was comfortable and cosy. The corridors are also quite loud and need some soft furnishings in case people are talking or slamming doors. But it was still a fantastic stay.

Perfect central location, right in the centre of the main square. The window looked out onto the square so that I could see both the Cathedral and the Alhambra. The bed was very comfy with super soft pillows . The room was cosy and warm , which was perfect as the evenings in Granada during March were quite cold.

Because of the location it was noisy even into the early hours of the morning,which might bother some people.

Exceptional location. My room with tiny balconies overlooking main plaza trees and cathedral as well as a peep of Alhambra. Welcoming reception Room very spacious. Super comfy bed with good bed linens and towels Very clean. Air con quiet and efficient. Wifi fine Excellent sound isolation interior and exterior. Good shutters and blinds. Quiet dark room at night. Excellent sleep Highly recommend

Not the properties fault. But the plaza cleaners are obsessive. Hours of industrial noise and vibration every morning only partially muted by keeping doors to balcony closed.

Great location just across the square from the cathedral and easy walking to lots of lovely little streets and the river area beneath the Alhambra. The staff were really helpful and very welcoming. The shower was excellent. Reception is on the first floor, but there is a lift so we didn’t have to carry the luggage upstairs.We didn’t have breakfast there as there were lots of cafes around the square. We would definitely return to this hotel.

It took a little while to get connected to the Wi-Fi.

had a great stay here the view from my room was beautiful, and so was the room itself. the bathroom is small but pretty. the wardrobe was great, didn’t have an iron but it was given to me on request. the receptionists were helpful. the location is amazing, right on the square in the middle of old town!

the air conditioning is placed in a way that it blows right into your face when you’re in bed. on hot nights it’s very uncomfortable to sleep with no AC, but it’s impossible to sleep with it on too - this was a big issue for me.
