The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. Great location, could walk to restaurants, shops etc. Breakfast was great and had everything you would want.

We had our own car so very hard to find the hotel even with the instructions given by the hotel. We then left the car in the hotel car park and caught taxis due to the complex traffic and road systems.

We were last here in March of 2023 for a one-night stay. The Sercotel was perfect for us. We really enjoyed Granada and knew we had to come back. This time, we stayed for three nights. The Sercotel was again perfect for us. The hotel is quite pleasant to be in at this time of year. Located in a two-storey former palace, it has a warm ambience. We arrived very early, so they held our luggage until we could check in, and they accommodated that early check-in. After check-out, they will store your luggage if you need it. The front desk staff are professional, courteous and efficient. One of whom we remember from our first visit. The Sercotel is quite central - approximately 5min walk to most things and minutes from the main street to catch a bus. A big BONUS is that it is not on the main street so you don’t have to worry about much car or foot traffic. We stayed in a Double Room. The room was more spacious than expected. Clean, warm, bright and comfortable. Quality furniture. We slept very well. The headboard is stunning. Wifi was good. The housekeeping staff were cheerful and helpful. The breakfast included in our stay is EXCELLENT for our eating style. Good selection of whole and cut fruit, yogurt, juice, tea, coffee machine, dairy and non-dairy beverages, cereals, nuts + white and whole grain bread, tomato puree, olive oil + fresh lettuces + boiled eggs, bacon, scrambled eggs, potatoes and veggies + meats and cheese + waffles, pancakes, pastries, churros. They have information displayed for allergens and offer lactose-free yogurt, lactose-free cheese, dairy-free milk, and no-sugar-added juice options. The kind staff are attentive and keep everything stocked and clean. On check-out day, we needed to leave early. Breakfast is punctual, allowing us to squeeze in a quick meal. All in all, an excellent stay. There is no reason for us to look for an alternative hotel. We shall return. THANK YOU to the staff! The photos are a combination of our two stays.

Nothing to add here. Our stay was as we expected. In fact it was better than expected.

An excellent location, right next door to the best restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The room was very clean. The bathroom had a really nice feel and it was very spacious. Good breakfast, with several options. Also it was very very handy that the hotel has its own parking, especially in Granada’s city center.

We liked everything. Just a tip, when you’ll book the room the hotel will send you video directions on how to reach the hotel. We lost 45’ trying to figure out the directions in the video in a city we have never been before, and in the end Google Maps follows a very very similar road. So DO follow Google Maps, just put as a stop before the hotel “Calle San Matias” just to be sure. And don’t forget to turn in that extremely narrow pedestrian road!

Hotel is a very beautiful building, old palace with nice furniture in the lobby. Location is excellent less then 5 mins from the center. We booked 2 rooms, one was nice, the second not so nice because it was very small and had not outside window, the window from the room was in the lobby and the one for the bathroom also. The air conditioner, which we need to use (it was hot and no outside window) was directed towards the bed. Location was very clean and breakfast very good and with various selections. Coffee was also very good.

The second room without outside window, as described above.

Hotel is just off one of the mains streets Reys Catolica. We got off the bus from the bus station in Colon near the cathedral, walked round into Reys Catolica. Its up a back street and in the corner. Wooden panelling, lovely reception with a fountain and chairs. Some antique pieces. room was fairly spacious, bathroom had everything. Shampoo etc was in fixed containers. Breakfast had fresh fruit, pastries, hot food, cereals and various breads. A good spread. Coffee machine seems to be the thing in hotels now. Not always english breakfast tea bags. Hot water from the coffee machine. Walk up Reys Catolica a bit and get the bus to the Alhambra or Albaicin area. Walking to the Alhambra is uphill although not steep.

all good

The location was fab ... pretty central. The breakfast had an excellent choice - hot and cold and coffee lovely from the machine in the breakfast room. Beautiful foyer. Lovely little bar right opposite and just round the corner another. 8 euros approx to Al Hambra by taxi which was called by reception and took about 2 minutes to get to the hotel - recommended to go in taxi as steep ... easy to walk back. Would recommend the hotel - we had a lovely time.

Very stressful to drive to their car park through the city and tricky even getting out when leaving. 22 euros per night to park - so relieved when we found it. The last left turn looks too narrow to drive down so we missed it!

Location of the hotel was excellent. Within walking distance to Plaza Nouveau, bars and restaurants. While the location is central it's also in a quiet little corner so the location is a perfect balance. Room and private bath/toilet were clean, spacious and comfortable.

There was no coffee provided in the room. One had to go down to the restaurant to buy coffee. Generally, most properties of this price range provides tea/coffee making facilities in the room since one needs tea or coffee as you wake up. Also there were no BBC or CNN or any English channels on TV. All channels were in Spanish so particularly for non-Spanish speaking guests there was no way to check the news.

Fabulous location in the heart of the City. Great staff and onsite parking. Good size room as advertised. The location instructions if you are driving to the hotel may seem a little daunting! However it’s really quite straightforward once you follow the instructions. Wouldn’t plan on using your car while staying as it’s easy to walk around the main sites and if needed get a cab up to Alhambra.

The location is excellent. You can walk to the main attractions, if you are ok with hills. In the city centre, near Alhambra, food everywhere. The staff is excellent, very nice and polite young guys. Keep the good job! And breakfast is very good as well. Parking in the hotel! Plenty of placements.

If you come by car, prepare to drive through very tight passages, since the hotel is in the old town. Prefer small cars. Price for parking is high, 22 euro per night. Bed is small, double, not even queen. Usually this kind of hotel has big beds. However, the receptionist offered upgrade for a price, and I didn't accept.

Excellent location, lovely building, lots of nice antique furniture Arab/Moriscos architectural details. Nice rooms, comfy beds. The reception and cleaning staff were attentive and ready to help.

The strength of the wi-fi signal was an issue as I had to work. Staff moved us to room 105 (THANK YOU!!!) as I could not get on the network from room 202. The breakfast buffet lacks variety and 'hot' items, like tortilla and sausages were usually lukewarm or stone cold.
