The hotel is in the perfect location for touring Granada, a beautiful city rich in culture and history. It is across the street from Plaza Nueva and is an easy walk to the Cathedral, the Alhambra, the Royal Chapel, many local churches and monuments as well as the neighborhoods of Sacromonte and Albaicin. There are a wide variety of restaurant choices of many cuisines as well as diverse shopping opportunities within a few blocks of the hotel. There is a popular restaurant in the hotel as well as a small grocery and a pharmacy less than a block from the hotel. The hotel staff was knowledgeable and friendly and did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. The room was compact, modern, clean, and comfortable and provided all of the amenities. The streets leading to the hotel are restricted, so you must register your car information with the hotel to access the parking garage located in the hotel. The garage is small and I would recommend that once your car is parked, you leave it in the garage until you check out. You can walk or take taxis from the hotel. There is a taxi stand at the Plaza Nueva.

We did not have any negative feedback on this hotel.

This Hotel was lovely and also in the perfect place. We were close to the Old Town and also close to the New Town. Access to the Alhambra was easy by bus or taxi just outside the hotel. It is also possible to walk to tha Alhambra but it is quite a steep hill. We also visited the Cathedral which is just around the corner from the hotel. Breakfast was in an adjoing cafe and was very good.

This hotel is right in the middle of Granada and was difficult to find, but we found Google maps worked well and directed us to the front door. The hotel is tucled away down a small side street and the carpark is underneath the building. Access to the carpark is very tight and like most Spanish city center carparks not for the faint hearted.

First, the hotel is classified as 3 stars but, in our opinion, it is a 4 star hotel in Granada, taking into account the followings: -room price/ room and services quality -10 -close ( by walk) to the "Cuesta Gomerez" for Alhambra entrance - 10 from 10 points -close( by walk) to the Cathedral, main comercial streets and touristic attractions - Albaicin, SacroMonte, Carmen de los Martires, etc. - 10 - air conditioning, bed, bathroom , tv, elevator, minibar, coffee and tea bags for free, cleaning every day - 10 -room dimension- 10 / for 2-3 persons -parking at the hotel -10 - car easy access from town to the hotel - very good explanations of the staff for reaching the hotel by car, without any problems, taking into account the restrictions of the Calle Recogidas and Isabel ...-10 - ... and much more. My opinion is not and advert for the hotel; it was obtained in time, staying the last 3 times in Granada in Monjas del Carmen, only. During all this time the services were offered without being reduced in quality or quantity. The last but not the least, the services of the staff are, in our opinion, at a level of 5 stars classification (special thanks to Mrs. Isabel and Mrs. Rosa for helping and supporting us during the reservation process and during all our staying).

The location of the property was in the heart of the city near both the must see attractions and also ideal for shopping. The hotel was tucked away and via google maps a little tricky to find but there was a really clear road sign to direct you to the hotel. The receptionist was helpful at check in giving us maps and explaining we could leave bags after checking out so we could look around.I loved the style of the Monjas Del Carmen, which was in character with old Granada. Ideally located to walk to the Alhambra. The Moorish quarter of the city was on the doorstep with variety of eating places. The room had a bath aswell as a shower. There was a safe in the room which was free of charge to use.

There were limited available English channels on the television.

A beautiful property in the centre of the old town; a great place to stay for a visit to Granada. It was also good to have onsite parking. We had a few adventures arriving by car despite the good directions that the hotel sent to us - it's quite the task to get here, but worth it. Breakfast was good although it did get very busy and you had to book an attendance time slot. The staff were very friendly and helpful with giving directions, suggesting activities and restaurants etc.

The main thing we didn't like was that the building was very overheated, without controls in the individual rooms - maybe worse as we were on an upper floor. We tried to cool it down by opening the balcony doors, but, as you would expect in the centre of town, there was a lot of noise and so we couldn't sleep with the doors open. Also, just as an advance warning, the car parking spaces are very very small in this hotel, and the entry ramp is steep and narrow. We are competent drivers, and this was at the end of our trip, so we were quite used to Spanish parking conditions, but felt the need to have a "wing walker" as we parked in this facility.

Staff were very helpful, trying to locate the hotel was a nightmare even with directions and satnav, the staff were responsive and eventually sent a search party for us. Clean and comfortable hotel, the in room hospitality tray was appreciated. Breakfast was buffet style, being open to the public was vibrant atmosphere. Location is fantastic for the Alhambra and old town.

Getting there, we were told put Calle Elvira 1, which would take us to the hotel garage street. We still ended up on the wrong street. Maybe use "what 3 words" app. Car parking is tight but very handy.

Excellent location in central Grenada, in walking distance to shopping, Cathedral, etc., friendly staff, quaint rooms, loved the restaurant/cafe located right off the lobby. Overall VERY happy with our stay here.

Very difficult parking in an extremely cramped and dark underground garage. We had a minivan (SEAT Alhambra) and it took about 20 minutes to get it parked in a tiny space between concrete pillars, and the same to maneuver it out again. I understand the difficulties in these old cities, but be prepared!! Don't plan to drive your car in and out of the garage alot!

Excelent location, close to all historical spots. Alhambra 15 min walk. They are located in the restricted zone, but register the car plate with the authorities and provide instructions how to drive. The room is quite large and clean. The minibar and cattle is nice touch. The staff is pollite and responsive.

The parking is expensive. The parking itself is tight, we were lucky there were free spaces so could park easily. We didn't try the breakfast also due to the price.

The location is great- walkable within minutes to the Arabic center/shopping, at the bottom of the hill to the Alhambra, the Cathedral is nearby, and public transportation can be used since the hotel is centrally located.

The staff didn’t seem very knowledgeable or helpful. I asked about attractions, and was provided a map. I asked about the Hammam, and the response was “you have to pay.” I’ve been to Hammams before, I know you have to pay. I found the website and made my reservation, and yes, paid. The Hammam is also a 5-10min walk from the hotel and is very relaxing. Also, I booked this place with a filter for a balcony. It wasn’t really a balcony, more of a full window- you can go out into the balcony.

Great location, very handy for walking around. Room fine, spacious and well equipped if you don't mind 'no view'. We spent little time in it. Good to have proper filtered decaff coffee available at breakfast. Good to have onsite secure parking but ..

Parking: expensive @ €23 per night and very tight to manoeuvre in unfamiliar car (make sure you hire a small one, which we did) Breakfast: room was noisy, staff were offhand, food was mediocre, not a pleasant experience at all Reception staff inconsistent: mostly helpful (booked flamenco for us), but also offhand - is this just the Spanish way?
