Spotless and convenient. Comfy beds. Openable window. Friendly, helpful staff.

Bathroom sink made a regular “glug glug glug” sound. Room lighting a tad surgical. Decor very dated. Couple more hooks in the bathroom would be nice

The hotel was located in the centre of the city which was great. It was also clean, modern, comfortable and tastefully decorated.

No spare electric sockets in the room for charging phone or toothbrush. No extraction in the bathroom to get rid of steam. Coffee and tea facilities were inadequate, no milk or sugar/sweetener.

The room was very clean and obviously renovated according to today’s standards, the only thing lacking in the bathroom was a little space or shelf for your utensils. It was just the sink, nothing else.

Hard pillows. The duvet didn’t have a cover but was put in between two bed sheets.

The hotel is very clean, the room was perfect for one night, more than that I'd say it is a bit too small. Very clean place. The pillows were the best thing in my stay, they were excellent. Staff are also very friendly.

Nothing really negative, just points that can be improved. The room was a bit too hot, and we did not manage to AC. And there were two beds together. It would be better to have only a double bed in the rooms. Also, I would have liked to have a some place to put my toiletries in the bathroom.

Great central location! Right by buses for the Alhambra (30 & 32) and train station (4). Within 5 minute walk to Cathedral and Alcaceria Market. Various restaurants and coffee places surrounding you... yet rooms are quiet (our windows opened to the front of hotel). Greeted by friendly staff. Check out was late enough for sleeping in just a bit!

Staff were very helpful and location is fantastic, you are in the centre of the action. Bed are comfortable, it is very clean and well maintained.

Can be a bit noisy because it is in the city centre and rooms are a bit dark because buildings are very close to each other. Breakfast could be better.

Very clean rooms. Excellent location near a bus to take you to the Cathedral. We took a taxi to the Alhambra and paid 5 euros one way. The staff are very kind and attentive. There is a valet service which will park your car for you after you have dropped off your bags at the front of the hotel. They will park your car in a garage which gives discounts as a hotel guest. We paid 12 euros for a very filling and varied bereakfast (no other meals are served however they did recommend a place not far where we went for lunch. Ice cream place at the back street of the hotel wyhich has great desserts.

Staff ms Araceli was helpful and friendly, spoke fluent English. Offered clear directions to the bus services Location is off the main street, yet within walking distance to the attractions, close to bus-stop and cafes like Jazmin that open early and a variety of eateries. So we didnt take the hotel buffet breakfast. The rooms are quiet and properly soundproof. Good comfy beds. We were able to store our luggage after our checkout.

Note that there are about 5 steps from main entrance to the lift lobby. I didnt like the old.style hangers that are detachable from fixed rings.
