Location - 20 minutes from Granada but in a quiet and peaceful valley. Wonderful views of the Sierra Nevada The wine! Excellent and very well priced. The lobby - a roaring fire at all times made for a cosy winter retreat Spacious room with a comfortable (and huge!) bed

Wi-Fi in the bedroom was not strong if this is important to you. Not a problem for us as the sofas in the lobby were comfy and had good coverage

Beautiful, breathtaking location in a vineyard with views of the Sierra Nevada. Very good breakfast, good restaurant, friendly and helpful staff. Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in Spain, even compared to the Paradors.

The location of the hotel is a little way from any towns, so you will probably need to eat in the hotel restaurant but this is not really a problem as the restaurant is great!

The hotel is located in the countryside close to the high way. Nice relaxing landscape. We liked to walk around the wineyard. The rooms have everything you need after a day walking. They are big, even a bath. Tye diner and breakfast were delicious. Good quality products and all for a decent price.

Nothing. All good. As it was wintertime and cold a sauna, spa-facilities would be nice. May be a watercooker in the room.

The superior room was well set out with large bathroom, plenty of storage space and a balcony and a mini fridge. Air conditioning wasn't too overpowering. Lovely grounds and pool area which was often empty. Nice dining room and bar area

Amazing scenery with infinite vineyards and Sierra Nevada in the background, it is really beautiful in autumn colors. The restaurant is gourmet, we ate the best artichoke and they are very professional in preparing the steak to the desired level as well. The wine is very good too.

Would have been good to have a winery tour at Friday evening, rather than the one they offered in the morning.

Very nice room (exceptionally quiet), very good service from all the staff and an excellent lunch (not included in our hotel room price). Lovely gardens. Nice area round the swimming pool and the fact that the swimming pool was salt water and not chlorine was nice. We live nearby but stayed as we were attending one of the FIAMPSE classical music events in a room downstairs and that was exceptional.

The breakfast could have been better. The coffee and orange juice were excellent, but the cooked breakfast was a bit disappointing (frankfurter sausages instead of salchichas) and the cheeses on offer were bland. The only other criticism is that the swimming pool was a bit dirty and the tiles (gresite) looked a bit tatty.

Comfortable room, great dinner and good breakfast with perfect service at the restaurant,incredible service of the porter (unfortunately didn't ask his name) - he explained everything about the hotel, winery, etc. He also kindly helped me to choose the best wines in the hotel winery shop. Unbelievable mountain view from my window plus absolutely great surroundings (grapes fields and olive trees) made me happy for few days after my visit. Very comfortable bed with good mattress and cozy pillows.

The electric sockets in the room are pretty far away from the table, so I had some troubles to charge my laptop and work on it at the same time, but never the less, it's not a big issue

The hotel was a little quirky in design, which appealed. Just outside Granada, the restaurant was important, and the food was superb, the wine also excellent. Rooms had balconies and a nice view too.

Bad timing on our part, a wedding reception meant the music and chatter downstairs went on late into the night

The room was pretty good, there wasn't too many options on breakfast buffet but it was amazing in anyways. The 4 course dinner was absolutely gorgeous, especially after trying the local wines in their shop. It's located in a remote place so you need car to access but that is the beauty of it for me, it's so calm and quite, you only hear the wind and the birds surrounded by those infinity of mountains!

Some staffs that were working in the shop were not very helpful and kind and that is a place were you need to have great communication skills. The toilet has no window so the small stays in the room : z

We liked everything. Having stayed in the past, the hotel certainly lived up to our expectations, once again. Because of the timing of our stay, between Christmas & New Year, the hotel was relatively quiet. However, all the usual hotel & restaurant facilities were cheerfully made available to us. All the staff cheerfully could not do enough for us. Our spacious room had magnificent views across the well tended vines to the lovely mountains beyond. It was a delight to sit on our large terrace, in the late winter sunshine, & enjoy a glass of the wineries own very good, wine. Dinner was excellent, as was breakfast. The public areas & bar were atmospheric & welcoming. We will certainly return, once again.
