One of the best places I have stayed in a long while. Super friendly and helpful receptionist when I checked in. Comfortable room, better than I expected for the price. lots of sockets and a kettle. Excellent WiFi. by justGreat location within easy walking distance of the station and city centre. I loved it.

It is in a quiet side street which some people might not like and the room window faces into the courtyard so need to close the shutters for privacy

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Very clean and attractive room looking out onto a gorgeous courtyard. Bed very comfy. Bath. Don't often use a bath abroad because of water issue but sometimes you just need one. Price was amazing for such well located, comfy accommodation. Great that there was a kettle in the room. The wooden shutters when closed meant total black out at night - slept very well. I was delighted to get a ground floor room as I suffer from anxiety. Yes overall, this was a really lovely place to stay at a fab price.

It wasn't really an issue for one night in March but I think a fridge would be handy which would allow guests to store milk for tea/coffee or water. The lack of milk made it less likely we would use the kettle.

Comfiest bed in all my travels, genuinely made it so hard to leave for our day. We asked them where they got the pillows, it was that good. Shutters mean no light gets in the room. Stays a very comfortable temperature in summer and has air conditioning. Great for sleep. Photos of the patio are accurate, it's actually cuter in person and was such a highlight. Incredibly spacious, far more than enough room for two. There was even an extra single bed in case we got mad at each other, hehe. Really clean overall. Such, such lovely staff. I've seen reviews saying the check-in being open until 23:00 isn't true, but we let them know we'd be arriving at 22:30 and they were waiting for us to arrive (though reception does normally close earlier). They were so friendly and nice.

Other reviews are right, sound does travel, especially from the room above us whose words we could make out (and I assume the other direction), so we had to accept a bit of a loss of privacy. Didn't disrupt our sleep though. The kettle and cups were a bit dirty so we didn't use them, but I'm rather sure they would have dealt with it if we asked.

- The location in the city center is great, makes Granada accessible by foot, breakfast places and restaurants can be found close by - The rooms are similar to the pictures, nothing super fancy but everything is constructed with quality and our room did not feel cheap, despite being a 2 star hotel - The patio is very pretty, but was hard for us to use in the noon and afternoon, when the sun is hitting it - The rooms were pretty quiet overall, but sometimes we could hear someone flushing the toilet / water in the pipes - Not many mosquitos - Staff was helpful

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and safe with a charming aesthetic. Checking in and out was easy and hassle-free. The staff were helpful and accommodating, with great Spanish and English. The location was perfect; just a 10 minute walk to Granada Station, tourist sites, restaurants, city center, and bus lines to the Alhambra and Albacín. The bed was comfortable, the linens & towels were clean & well stocked, the bathroom had plentiful hot water, and the air conditioning/heat both worked well. The price was a bargain and the wi-fi was great. The main courtyard is beautiful and quiet. Overall a great hotel experience. I would stay here again and recommend it to any solo traveler.

The walls of my room were a bit thin so I could hear the movement of my neighbors or if their shower was running, but this was only a minor disturbance and did not affect my sleep or sense of comfort.

Location is less than 5 mins walk to the nearest bus stop and 11 mins walk to the Granada train station (if you wish to travel to Seville or Madrid). As long as you communicate with the staff about your arrival, they will make adjustments for you, and I am thankful for the assistance.

You can hear the noise from others' rooms beside us or above us (we were there in the week of Valentines Day, iykyk). You need to figure out how to set up the AC beforehand so that it will not randomly blast some noise in the night just like ours did. The restroom light is a motion sensor. Find somewhere else to do your makeup.

The hotel was easy to find, located on a quiet side street, a 20 minute walk from the train station, and a 40 minute walk through a fascinating part of the city to get to the Alhambra. There are coffee bars and restaurants, many of them to choose from, within five minutes walk. The room itself was spacious, with big windows that opened on to the lovely interior courtyard. If the weather had been favorable, I could have spent a morning out there, just relaxing. The staff were available, helpful, and seemed fluent, amongst them, in several languages. The price was great, considering all the hotel offered.

Whilst in an unassuming and quiet street, The Abadia is close to all the major landmarks, markets, and plenty of restaurants and shops. It's also only a 10 minute walk from the railway station. Check-in was very straightforward, and the receptionist gave us a map, with useful recommendations for buses, and walking routes. Our room was charming, clean and comfortable, with everything we needed, and had the benefit of a bath, for a hot soak, after a long day of walking. It was great to have a kettle and air-conditioning included in the price. Some countries charge extra.

There was nothing we didn't like. A fridge would be a useful addition in summer, but we used the large cupboard as a pantry, and my salad stayed fresh for 3 days. Others complained about the motion- sensor lights in the bathroom, but my husband just loosened the bulbs at night, so the lights didn't come on if we needed to use the loo. We didn't have a room overlooking the beautiful courtyard, but the street was very quiet, so it wasn't an issue for us.

I had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel in Granada, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by a friendly and attentive staff who made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is cosy and beautifully decorated, with a perfect blend of traditional Spanish charm and modern comfort. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the historic Alhambra and the vibrant city center, allowing easy access to all the sights and attractions Granada has to offer. My room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. This hotel offers incredible value, outstanding service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Granada – I will definitely be returning!

The staff was very friendly, I got useful tips and help in everything I needed. Very good location in small street close to the center. San Juan de Díos is the next street, with grocery shop, coffeeshops (Atypica is a recommendation), bakeries, and baroque basilica. Nice patio in the middle, enough space in the room. The room was well equipped, with towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, electric kettle etc.

Just little details: The windows close very well, you have to open them often for ventilation (there is no tilt function). A few tea bags would be nice, for the first evening :)
