The locations is fantastic, and the room is a good size with a nice sized closet, a very useful desk and chair, great windows and black out curtains. The room also has lots of lighting options, depending on what you need. The staff are very helpful and accommodating, the place is clean, the elevator worked every time, and there is the option of paying for a full breakfast (which we saw others doing).

The main issues were the bed is too hard for the two of us to sleep comfortably, and in the room we were in, the bathroom door is a sliding translucent door which was difficult to open and close. There's no privacy in the bathroom, and using the door while turning on the light inevitably woke the other person up.

Very good location, right in the center, very close to many tourist attractions. The hotel staff was very friendly, and the check-in and check-out process went very smoothly.Cleanliness is 10 out of 10! It is cleaned daily so it is always clean and fresh! It is a perfect accommodation!

The hotel is very well located, in the center of Granada, just by the Gran Via - 2 minutes walking from the Cathedral, for instance, and within walking distance of restaurants and bars. The hotel is nice and cozy, extremely clean, and with nice staff.

The breakfast could be improved. The room where it is served is very tight and there isn't much diversity. Considering we payed for it separately (reservation without breakfast) we considered too expensive for the options available. Also the mattress was not firm enough, rendering it uncomfortable.

Close to points of interest

The mattresses on the beds were too soft. The room on the ground floor had a low ceiling, and the window was in a skylight, where the floor starts from the window, giving you the feeling that you are in a basement, while it is higher up from the street.

The location is great. Room was large and comfortable. Staff is very helpful and offered me an umbrella for the rain which was very considerate.

The internal sound insulation is a bit of an issue especially if noisy guests are around. The bathroom sewer smells so keeping door closed is advised.

Location was pretty close to Albaicin and the City Center. The room was nice and clean.

The receptionist lady asked me to give her my card and notes the dates...just in case Something happens.... I didn't like that at all. But, because my little child was in need of sleep i gave it to her.

The location is very good. Close enough to the main attractions to be easily reached with a stroll but away from noise. The room was very clean.

The bed was comfortable but had a single inadequate bolster pillow with very small scatter cushions. No coffee/tea facilities in the room. There were vending machines for hot drinks and snacks in reception, but they only took coins so no coins, no pre-breakfast early morning coffee or late night nightcaps.

The location is good, less than 10 mins walk to the cathedral and bus stops are just nearby. Room is quite spacious and the inner decoration looks refreshing.

Bathroom light has the same switch with the fan, which is a bit annoying. When I called the reception and asked "can you speak English" the staff just said no then hanged up. Could have been a bit more friendly or helpful. The following day I called several times but got hanged up not sure what was wrong. There's one receptionist who speak fluent English and a lady with limited English, and the other should be the one who answered my call. Generally speaking, this hotel is quite nice and good value for money, if you don't speak Spanish and don't expect of any service either.

Great location, lovely personnel, very clean and nice. Rooms are big and nice and everything works. The best thing about this hotel is the value for money. Sure you can find better hotels, but with this great location to this price?

Internet is not good. For me who work online and need good internet this was a big negative. The internet works if you want to read a newspaper or similar, but working, streaming, video calls not so much. Also an easy and cheap fix for the hotel so not sure why they have not upgraded it.

It was very easy to check in thanks to the staff, there were vending machines on site, the room seemed very clean, no disturbances outside (on a quiet side street) and the city and the nightlife locations were closeby and easily accessible. Overall a good stay.
