The staff was mostly friendly but there was one woman could use a class in customer service. Central enough to get to most attractions with a 30 minute walk. Room service was very unexpected and nice! There was one woman working the front desk who was exceptional and that is the reason for 8 stars. There are no refrigerators in the room but she held our drinks for us and was willing to go grab whatever we needed. She gave us recommendations for restaurants and circled them on a map for us. I searched all over Granada for additional luggage and she was able to point me in the direction to find some! She made our visit feel very comfortable and I really appreciate her.

The bed was hard and the room was a lot smaller than it looked in the pictures. I don't think it is a good room for two grown men or anyone with more than one piece of luggage. The room across the hall has a smell coming out of it. At times it smelled like garbage and other times it smelled like they were smoking marijuana. There is a hostel across the street that we wish we had stayed at.

Rooms clean and of a good size. Good location just behind the main street. Was also really handy having parking provided just around the corner which cost 15 euros per day.

The place was a bit hard to get to but the hotel provided some helpful instructions as to how to get to the door by car which was appreciated.

Absolutely loved the location and cleanliness of the hotel. The room felt a bit small, however it was perfect for the 2 nights we stayed there as we were out exploring most of the time. The hotel has everything you need apart from breakfast a they are an accommodation only hotel. However they do have a kettle and cups in the room, but you have to get your own coffee/tea. The reception staff were really professional and helpful. The AC was working great.

We didn't particularly like the set up of the bathtub, it was awkward getting in to the bathtub due to the set up of the panels. The bed wasn't comfortable for my partner, but was fine for me.

The hotel was value for money, nice comfortable room. Good position to get around the city.

The only downside was …..ok cups and water provided in the kitchen area but it would have been better if we could have coffee,milk, tea and sugar available . After travelling for quite a few hours it would have been good to make a drink when we arrived, either in the kitchen area or in the room. You could have charged a small fee and I’m sure that would be fine with your customers. Otherwise a very nice hotel. Regards Sheila Jones.

This is a well-priced hotel in an excellent location to explore the old town. The hotel is located on a side street parallel to Gran Via, which is served by city bus 33 from the station with a reasonably easy walk to the Alhambra. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The bathroom was a good size with hot shower, just be aware that you need to step into a bath to use the shower if you have mobility issues.

The bedroom was a lot smaller than anticipated, I did feel a little claustrophobic.

We stayed over the weekend in Granada and it was all you needed: the room was on the ground floor with a window to the street, so there was a little bit of noise in the mornings when the trash was collected, but not too much as the windows seemed to be decent. The shower was good and the bed very comfortable, if on the firmer side. The staff were very nice and helpful and recommended some great options for tapas!

The room was quite small with not a lot of space to move around apart from the bed - but that did not bother us much, as perfectly fine for a city trip when you soend your time in the town :)

Great location. Loved this hotel. First time in Grananda. Drove there and was great to have hotel parking close by.The staff are so nice. So helpful. Spotless. Cute little balcony overlooking the street. Soooo reasonably priced. Definitely will be back We booked it because it is dog friendly and has parking. Even tho were ended up not taking our wee dog I am so glad we got to stay here and would recommend it

Only thing was the TV didn't work. Manuel offered us a different room bit aa we were only there 1 nite it wasn't a big deal.

I simply loved my stay in Granada Centro! It's central, within walking distance to the main sights and what turned out to be a huge plus - located in a flat area so if you have a big suitcase, you won't have to be cursing under your breath climbing up a hill. It was a blessing. The room was amazing - warm, exceptionally clean, with a big bathroom and a beautiful view! Totally recommended. The bus stop to go to the bus station of Granada is just around the corner. A great place to stay!

The location and the value for money for Hotel Granada Centro are amazing! I liked also the reception staff helpfulness (recomendation for tapas bars area), the option they offered for paid parking (altough we did not use it).

We had a room at the ground floor with the window facing the street-the sound proof could be improved and also the bathroom. Also the room is not very big nor the size of the double ned. However the location and the value for money for the hotel are unbeatable!

The hotel is located within walking distance of the train station and of all the tourist attractions in Granada. The single room was a little bit on the tighter side but perfectly fine for one night stay. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Heating worked fine in cold December. Staff were very helpful and they stored my luggage both at arrival as I arrived too early and on check out as my train was later in the afternoon.

The rate advertised allowed one change of date but that was not possible when I tried so for all practical purposes treat the one change allowed rate as no change allowed rate.
