Very nice renovated hotel. Rooms are small but really nicely decorated. Nice design and really good breakfast in an outside little Coffeeshop. Staff was really helpful and took great care of me. I had to send a really important letter to the hotel and as promised they called me immediately when they received it at the reception.

Rooms were a bit small and AC a bit old fashioned but the rest was really fine.

One of the receptionist (a blonde one) really didn't want to speak too much English so her explanation of everything was very short and lacking details. We had to go back later for better explanation around wifi password and other things. Parking was ok but the corner you have to make to get to the back is definitely on the limit of even small cars.

The breakfast was a little over priced given that you could pay less for breakfast if you visited the cafe independently. It was convenient however for the first morning to allow us get our bearings and we did eat there a few times during our stay. The hotel was very convenient for access to most attractions and also close to a taxi rank which was useful.

We were on the 2nd floor so my father found the stairs a bit hard after walking around all day, a lift would have been nice.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and is spotlessly clean. It always had a lovely fragrance. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were well appointed. The location is great for accessibility to the city and its wonderful streets.

We did miss having a kettle/tea facilities in the room. Our room did not have any air-conditioning which was needed as it was extremely warm.

The cafe where breakfast was served not good value and the waitress was so rude would not opt for breakfast ..Best go out to a nice cafe ..plenty of lovely bars in the area... We stayed in a suite.. No bigger than a double not worth the extra cost..

Very nice hotel in the center. The room was not so big but it was ok. We were only for one night. Very clean and cosy. The only thing that was not ok that in booking the address is wrong and we took a lot of time to find the hotel and had to call 3 times before finding the hotel. But everything else was ok.

The room it was nice and clean. The hotel is not too far from the centre, many shops and coffee shops around. The staff always ready to help you.

The room is very small, with a big suitcase you can walk much in the room. Without air conditioning is very hot.

Very nice location. Close to some main tourist attractions with lots of restaurants in the area. The room was quiet at night even though it was facing the main street. The room was clean and cozy and very good value.

Parking just in few minutes from the hotel, but if you travel by medium size car it is a little bit complicated to parking at garage (is not enough space to maneuver.

Location was great 10 minutes from bus station. Bathroom a bit small bit showers were good A short walk and you were in a main area with squares and cathedrals plenty of shops restaurant and cafe bar. Breakfast was across road in a gorgeous cafe bar
