Despite being on Gran Via, it's a surprisingly quite hostel. Some street noise gets through but they can sell you some earbuds. Location was good; central enough to walk everywhere but far enough that it's a little quieter. The evening family dinners are good value after a long day of siteseeing and a good place to connect with other travelers. They do make a decent breakfast in the Cafe downstairs.

The rooms and bathrooms are a little small with small storage spaces. But not overly so for a hostel. The front desk staff seem overwhelmed in the mornings as they also run the cafe at the same time people are checking out.

The common areas were really beautiful and cozy, the staff was really accommodating and friendly, the beds were spacious enough and they gave you a sense of privacy, there were many activities going on everyday so it was really easy to meet new people which I find really important as someone who travels alone. It’s basically at the center and since Granada is really walkable the location is great! Also really value for money breakfast options. I would definitely recommend staying there and if I ever come back to Granada l’d most likely stay there again. Tip: if you’re into that come prepared for the Sierra Nevada hike, you’re going to love it!

Spacious rooms and excellent common spaces on several floors. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was cleaned daily, and there’s plenary of storage space for your things. If you want to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped.

I was locked out one night because the fob key didn’t work. I wasn’t alone as three other guest also couldn’t get in, but thankfully one of them had a friend inside who let us in.

This is one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. The activities really bring people together, free sangria every night, free walking tour two times a week, family dinner every night. The common area is inviting and you will definitely make friends. The coworking space was awesome to work and have meetings at, WiFi was great. The room even though it was like 14 people felt spacious, you get a big locker without key and a tiny one with key. The staff is awesome, both the people at the reception and the volunteers. It's perfectly located. Just overall an outstanding hostel.

Location was good, staff was friendly, common areas were nice, clean facilities. Overall everything was good quality. Can't speak for the food as I haven't eaten at the property.

Lockers beneath the bed are a bit small if you travel with medium to large size luggage, but the room was spacious enough that it hardly mattered at all. Should probably include some form of privacy curtains on the bunk beds so roommates don't bother each other with the lights coming off their phones. I was kinda surprised such a nice place didn't have them.

What a beautiful gem of a Hostel, best location, best team, best room, chill people. It is not guaranteed, that you get the impression of being taken care of in a Hostel, but this one is all you can expect and more. They have daily activities for everybody, which makes getting to know people easy. The common areas invite for cooking, relaxing, having a drink, playing music, and socializing. 10/10

That I had to leave after 3 Nights. The lute was missing a string x)

The location was great and right next to the most central street of the town. The room had a nice decoration and I really liked the combination of stone in the wall with the more urban style of the beds. I also appreciated a lot the personal lockers inside the room and the proper and usual cleaning of the room.

The room was getting really hot in the afternoon and as a result the air-condition was necessary. I would prefer the air-condition to be placed in another spot in the room and not right opposite to some beds. This sometimes could cause disagreements amongst the roommates.

I recently stayed 2 nights at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, close to the city center and tourist attractions. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel offers a variety of activities, making it easy to meet other guests and have fun. Overall, I would give it a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable stay near the city center.

Everything was fine

Great location, right in the middle of the historic city centre, which was perfect for exploring. Loved the common areas, really liked all the social activities (family dinner, walking tours etc) - this is a great hostel for those who want to make new friends. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The shower doesn't have a handle attachment, just a rainfall kinda thingy, so if you're trying to not get your hair wet, get ready for some serious shower yoga. The top bunk is ridiculously difficult to climb up to. It would be useful to have some plug sockets on floor level, especially for top bunk dwellers.

The staff were super friendly and helpful here (among the best hostel staff of my trip). The nightly atmosphere was also enjoyable. There was delicious, free sangria every night and as a solo traveller, this made it really easy to meet people. I also paid for the family paella dinner one night which was a massive serving and included lots of pre-dinner nibbles and was just generally way better value than family dinners I've done at other hostels.

The ladder to get into the high bunk beds was at a really awkward angle and it was actually quite difficult (and painful on the feet because the ladder was made of steel) to get into bed. If you do get put in one of these bunks - the best technique is to go as high up the ladder as you can and then lean back and get your bum on the bed first. Going hands and knees first required a bit of a jump/push off if you're not an overly tall person (like me).
