A good central location within walking distance of all the main sights. You can get a bus to the Alhambra and the hotel is within easy walking distance of the station. A very comfortable hotel with helpful staff and a superb breakfast- quickly replenished when things ran low. We had a room with patio, which meant that the room itself was also larger, making it very spacious. There was plenty of storage space. The hotel looks unremarkable from the outside, but don't let that put you off!
You need to understand which room you are getting as they vary in size quite a bit. Most were smaller than ours and some only had a window onto the corridor.

We arrived in the blackout after a very traumatic day, staff were very welcoming and helped to get luggage upstairs as the lifts weren’t working or any electricity.Breakfast was good considering the electricity had been out till only a few hours before. Lovely bathroom with bath and good products. The area near hotel was lovely with a small paved area with benches to sit and watch the world and a small cafe.
We would have liked cups to make hot drinks as there was a kettle and tea and coffee there but only glasses, I’m sure if we had asked for them they would have been provided, but we were there only a short time sadly.

Nice hotel, with a good price/quality ratio. Good location. Many cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets are nearby. The breakfast was nice to have at the hotel.
There is only one problem, the sound insulation of the doors in rooms is not good. If guests near your room go to their rooms late at night, they slam the door sometimes, the doors make noise, and you may wake up from that. I am a sensitive sleeper, so in that case it is a problem. And many people come home late in hotels after partying until morning hours. It is not a problem if you don´t wake up easily.

Very clean. Staff was so friendly. Internet was great. Mini-fridge. Desk. Marble bathroom. Firm but comfortable matress. Would stay here again.
My room didn't have an exterior window, but it had a juliet balcony that looked into an interior court. Would have preferred an external window, but it wasn;t too bad. For the price, it was a good deal. The shower had like a partial glass wall that didn't keep all the water in. So there was some spillage onto the floor while I was showering.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and very patient with my faltering Spanish. Got some excellent recommendations for local tapas restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good - plenty of options and filling enough for us to last until evening tapas! We thought the location was great for getting out to the historic sites and was also a very easy walk to the train station (we went on to Seville after four nights here, but in retrospect would have preferred to spend a few more days here)

I would say that I liked everything about this hotel and our room. We were staying in room 205 and to be honest, our stay exceeded our expectations. Both my friend and I were so happy with our choice that we would spend a few hours of our day in that room admiring the view from our balcony. The hotel wasn't situated dead in the center but we had no difficulty with getting to the top attractions on foot. Everything was 10-15 mins walk from our hotel. The staff was very friendly though only the reception representatives spoke English. Our room was very clean, light, and welcoming. The balcony was all we could ask for.
When we arrived in our room we didn't have slippers, sugar, and a toothbrush. We had to ask for slippers and a toothbrush the next day. That was very inconvenient.

We booked the hotel after being let down by our airbnb. The room was ready when we arrived, 20 minutes after booking! Good price considering. The staff was my favourite part of our stay: friendly, helpful and great personalized recommandations. Great location, easy to walk to tourists attractions, so stores nearby are more on the expensive side. The room was clean and comfortable, nothing special though, the view from the window was a wall. It’s perfect if you’re only there to sleep, but maybe not the best if you plan to spend a lot of time in your room.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. We were expecting to find something decent for a 3 day stay as we were booking last minute and didn't want anything too expensive. The hotel definitely exceeded our expectation on those counts. The staff, everyone, including the reception and housekeeping were personable and very helpful with tips and suggestions. Breakfast was a decent fare (not the best we've had but a very nice Spanish almond tart and the fruits each morning). The location is perfect - just a 12 min walk to the centre of Granada and very good connectivity for buses (to the centre and to the main bus station for convenient entry into and exit out of Granada).
If I'm being pernickety, some of the hidden but accessible corners of the rooms could do with a bit of spruce up.

Reception is big and shiny with seating off a a public space. Reception staff very good. Check-in good. Clean and spacious. Flavoured water dispenser. Downstairs is the breakfast room. Breakfast is good. Plenty of everything. Bedroom is large with two patio doors onto a long Juliet balcony. Mine over the road and public space. Despite which very quiet. Balcony is good to watch the people off to work. And the hundreds of Swifts. Kettle! Tea/coffee making facilities. Tele. Stocked mini fridge; the water is NOT free. Air con. Bath/Shower room is a disaster! It’s a slalom. Poorly designed you have to go round the sink and the bidet to get to the toilet! Shower cubicle over a bath. But, plenty of nice towels, toiletries, and hot water. Clean and shiny. Hairdryer. The district is just a little way from the Main Street through Granada. Bars, restaurants and shops etc. Quiet and friendly it seemed. The staff are very good and speak English. Helpful and willing. It’s a nice friendly hotel and good value. WIFI OK.
The bathroom needs ripping out and starting again. Forget the bidet. The air con is OK. Shower cubicle leaked; but, it not my floor.

The location is superb, very central. The staff are excellent - professional, friendly and welcoming. The overall look and feel of the hotel is welcoming/ I didn't try the breakfast so can't comment on that - but it certainly smelled nice!
As a single traveller the rooms allocated to you are always small and often hidden away - that's not necessarily the case here and as I've been here 4 times before it obviously isn't a problem. However, the rooms are situated facing inside and there is no natural light which I don't like.
