I pre reserved parking as I was unloading a motorcycle and did not want to be traipsing across town with my gear. There are a very limited amount of species but it was perfect for me. The hotel was in a great position and I walked to the hop on but stop by the bull ring in 5 mins and in the opposite direction the cathedral in 12 mins, both largely flat walk with lots to see on route. The room was an inside one with a frosted window but as I used booking for the cheapest available room I expected that. The room is a little dated in style but not a all shabby. It was clean and spacious with decent a/c, it was 35’ outside and my room stayed just right. It does need the key card that controls the power to be left in while you are out to achieve this, but anything from a gym membership card to a torn beer mat can be put in the slot to keep everything cool while you are out. If you did have a room at the front you would look out over a busy but not noisy road then a lovely local park. There are several bars and restaurants in 5 mins walk and probably hundreds if you head towards the cathedral. I have more of the city to see and I will be back.

Breakfast opens at 7:30 and I think it could be earlier.

Nice room, great breakfast, great garage for my motorbike, but most of all the people. The man who looked after the garage was extremely kind and helpful, the man who looked after the breakfast area was very dedicated to providing the best service. The lady on reception was very helpful and knowledgeable. Good air conditioning too, very hot weather, but lovely cool room.

just one,for me,not normal situation:when I want to ordered taxi from reception of hotel,they show me a taxi station about 200 m distance of hotel.I did not understood why they can not to call taxi in front of hotel reception.Except this realy litlle thing everything else was been perfect.

I took this hotel because is very close to the train station and to the bus stop to go to the airport because that night I was arrived by train and my flight the day after was early. So this hotel was just perfect. They also were very kind to keep a bag that I had to leave in advance. The room was perfectly clean. My stay was just perfect, I had a good rest.

Excellent location, short wall from the train station and metro. And a short stroll to the Gran Via and Dan Juan de Dios where the main attractions and shopping areas are. Manolo at reception and the bar was fantastic - keeping our daughter entertained while we waited to leave for our train.

Truth is that we only spent a couple of days and were mostly running around the city, but the hours spent in the hotel were very relaxing. Great location, next to the gran via and bus station. The cleanliness in the hotel was next level and this always makes you feel at home.

Good location for us, close to the train station and not too far from the city centre. Our room had a balcony which was nice to sit on once the sun had gone far enough round (about 6:30 in late May). Breakfast was good, though the range of options on the buffet wasn't particularly large.

Spacious room. Glad that the receptionist offered us twin room (though this option wasn't available when we made the booking). There's a bus stop next door that can take you directly to the main attractions in the city centre.

The location was great, the decoration and ambience, quality and tidyness

Our bathrooms had some details like the loose shower or in my mother in law room the WC was too close to the sink, making it hard to use. The rooms corridor were noise, the people coming and going till late woke us several times.

The hotel has a good location. It has 24h reception. It is clean and comfortable. Our room was a twin arranged for 3, but with enough space. Even the suplimentary bad was comfortable. I recommend it !

Not being with the view on the front of hotel, but on a little interior courtyard, the room was a little dark and cool.
