I wanted a hotel near the station and it is really very easy to get to the train station, there is a supermarket and public transport nearby, you can also walk to the main market where there are many very exquisite food establishments, 2 blocks away You can take the bus that takes you to the Alhambra, it is an easy city to get to and friendly to get to know on foot, taxi area nearby. Price-value ratio very good.

I need a kettle of hot water to make tea, before going to sleep.

Quite easy to fing with a good pullin at the enterance. Reception staff very helpful and explained the off site (close by) parking very well. Very good location for downtown, monuments , stations etc. Public areas clean and comfy. Room was a good size and shower over the bath had good pressure and hot water. Towels super large and fluffy. Breakfast fine, fruit, bread, pastries etc.

No privacy curtain on balcony door. Hot food at breakfast was cold, no apparent microwave (the chef took it through to the kitchen).

The location of the hotel is excellent with great access to all part of the city by local bus and Metro and top shops and dining. The room was very spacious and the views terrific.

The dining and lounge areas were fine, but lacked inviting warmth and intimate feel in design and furnishing as a place to sit, read- or have a final beverage at the day's end. On

One of the staff members (a blonde lady) really seemed to be arrogant on purpose. First time I ever felt the need to complained about a staff member, but she seemed to have a personal problem with me for some reason as she seemed nice to other people

Excellent breakfast, big room, I had a great view on the city from 14th floor, really good price. I parked in San Lazaro parking garage and got a discount as a hotel guest (you have to ask at the reception) 20€ per day instead of 25€.

Noisy guests

Staff were very accommodating and upgraded our room which meant we had a big balcony. We didn't really use any of the other facilities as he had long days but liked the 12pm check out as this was useful on the last day.

The bed was 2 x singles pushed together which made for an uncomfortable night with my partner. The bests when together should be held in that position as you end up falling between the bed.

Great location, very close to city centre and quiet area

No kettle or cups for coffee, tea or herbal tea available in the room. We became unwell for a couple of days and we could have done with this available without needing to leave the room to a cafe for some herbal tea.

For us, who enjoy walking, the hotel was in an ideal location to walk to the main tourist attractions. Close to a great little park to sit and people watch. Also delighted that we were on the top floor meaning we had a large roof terrace to sit on in the evening watching the sunset. Breakfast was also excellent.

Amazing view! Best I've ever had from a hotel, clean and comfortable rooms. Good location especially for the train station and we could store our luggage on the last day which was a great bonus. We paid €10 each extra one morning for breakfast which was simple but very enjoyable.

Great view from 13th floor, you can see Sierra Nevada and part of Alhambra (candle tower).Staff was really nice, bed is comfortable and it was really clean (they changed the towels every day)

Breakfast is kind of expensive for what you get, it is not very versatile, but still, it is convenient and certainly not the worst breakfast I had
