Staff were helpful, location is ideal. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was clean and neat. Bathroom very well kept. The staff followed up with me after the first night to check of everything was in order, and helped me with something I had difficulty with. If I visit Granada again I will surely book my stay here. It was not just spacious, the host kept the apartment's kitchen well equipped too. It looks so quaint and cute, and yet with suits the modern needs of comfort. There was daily house-keeping, and apartments have good security.

Minor thing was the sound of wood creaking at night sometimes, and this isn't something that is the fault of the host. I asked the host what the sound was due to, and once they explained what it was, I was relieved and could the next night more relaxed.

The room is well-sized, very clean, with nice and modern forniture. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook a good meal. The shower was great, the best we had in our week-long trip to Andalusia. The location is perfect, close to pretty much everything, both the historic city center and the newest part of town. Alhambra is also at walking distance if you don't mind a nice walk through the little cobbled streets. Wifi and A/C were also a good plus.

The bathroom smelled a little, probably a plumbing thing. Though it was a little bothering. We got to Granada early in the morning and we asked if you could leave our luggages somewhere until check-in. The host said we could, but since there's no reception on site, she gave us a different address, which was located almost 20 minutes away by foot. When it was time to transfer our bags from the given address to the actual apartment it was exhausting, because we had to drag and carry everything through the steep streets.

I was given details of how to access the property in advance and these worked fine. It's situated in a little side street off the road where all the bazaars and Arab gift shops are, so in a good location only five minutes walk from the centre. The property doesn't look much from the outside but step through the main door and it's a little oasis of calm and comfort. I had a room on the top floor and it was lovely and large, with lots of light and fresh air. It had everything needed in the little kitchenette and the beds were very comfortable. It was a great value stay and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a lovely stay in the beautiful apartment. It is very well located, only a minutes walk from lots of wonderful restaurants, shops and the street up to the mirador filled with the Arab tea rooms! The room was very well equipped with a little kitchen area, fridge, iron, TV with Netflix/Youtube and a comfortable bed. The only thing I would note is that there is no reception and your access code to the property does not work until check-in at 3pm. We were able to leave our bags as I rang the property and they then rang the cleaner who was working to open the door to let us drop our bags in the enclosed courtyard. She also kindly put them in the room for us after she was finished, so we could explore Granada in the morning without all our bags. However, you might not get so lucky, so if you are arriving early with luggage I would recommend nearby luggage store. Other than this, the property is wonderful, clean, spacious and quiet. Would 100% return!

Location, room size, options for contact, solution-oriented, well stocked. We had a complaint about the noise and we were switched to another room which was more quite and actually had separate beds which we asked for. We even got a complementary bottle of wine which was a very nice gesture. Showers were also nice, but it takes a little while to get them on temperature.

Noisy, thin walls. The door leading out closes very loudly and you can hear everybody coming back. In appartement 4, we could literally hear and make out entire conversations very clearly. We switched appartements and though we could still hear the neighbors, it was a whole lot better and clear conversations were reduced to mumbling and the occasionally footsteps. We were happy with the given solution.

The studio apartment was spacious and the bed was big. WiFi was good and I was happy there was Netflix as one of the days there was a torrential storm so I couldn’t do too much outside of the apartment. It is also in a great location to see the city on foot. Lots of very good restaurants on the same street. I especially liked Restaurante Palestina

The only negatives were the fact that in the studio the fridge was quite loud during the night and also the walls were quite thin so I couldn’t hear noise from the neighbouring room

Spacious and very clean apartment with a big and comfortable bed. Super close to main attractions such as Granada Cathedral, Albaicin neighborhood (it's on the lower part of Albaicin), and Alhambra. Well connected by public transport (bus) and there are several restaurants and tea houses (teterías) nearby. We had some time in Granada after check-out and were able to leave our luggage in another hotel for a couple of hours.

We missed a space (like a bench) to be able to open our lugage comfortably and some area in the bathroom to leave the toiletries.

Our suite was beautiful and the interior design felt authentic to the city. It was spacious and comfortable with a small kitchen and sitting area. The location is close to Alhambra and we could walk anywhere in the city easily. Many nearby restaurants, shops, laundromat, grocery store, ect. It was self check in and there was no front desk to assist by the host was very responsive via WhatsApp. We were able to lock our bags away so we could explore the city after checking out but the locker was in another nearby location.

It was a little hard to find, especially at night.

Great Location to access all parets of the city. Room was quiet looking onto an internal patio with metre thick walls, so little sound penetration from the city and warm despite there being no heating but a chilly night. Room was also large, bed comfortable with a harder mattress.

Toilet seat was an very awkward sit. Has to be changed. The only complaint really. Shame otherwise the place would have got a 10.

Loved being in the Albaicin though the narrow alleyways were misleading and I was thoroughly lost at times despite using my google maps on phone. Walked everywhere.

The lack of response. I was stuck trying to retrieve key from apt door. I called help, to number given, no reply. Had to wait at least a half hour before I fortunately heard another occupant return. She assisted me and showed me how to lock, unlock and pull out key. Very complicated for me as I used to “normal” card swipe for instant access.
