The apartment was well-equipped with a washing machine, drying rack, dishwasher and a complete kitchen with a full fridge, microwave, stove etc. We were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment which was very spacious. A special mention for their very kind gesture of providing a breakfast starter kit, which includes milk, hot chocolate, tea, coffee, salt, pepper, sugar. The reception staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful. We were sent detailed instructions on approach, so the steep narrow roads did not come as a surprise- we took their recommendation of a taxi from the train station (10E). The Albaizin area was fun to explore and live in, while very close to Alhambra too.

Apartment kitchen did not have blinds so there was a privacy issue; possibly accidental as we noticed the next door apartment kitchen had blinds. Stairs in the apartment lead to the bedrooms and bathrooms, which was fun initially but got tiring, especially as we had to leave our large bags downstairs in the living area. Shelf is needed in the shower area.

The location in the old Albaicin area was very good, only a 5 minute walk to the main centre of town. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed provided. The underfloor heating was excellent. The view from the terrace was lovely. We came by car and the directions provided before arrival were very detailed. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

We loved staying at Smart Suites Albaicín. The only small criticism is the low height of the upstairs bathroom made it a bit difficult to use. If arriving by car you need to be prepared to drive down narrow streets sometimes not much wider than your car.

Absolutely loved this place and will.come back and stay here again if I come back to Granada. The staff were lovely and the accommodation great. Location is midway between the hills and centre so yes you do need to go up the hill to get there but you know what I don't mind works your legs and glutes but not for everyone but fear not you can always get taxi up or the bus. The reception staff attentive. The room great and shower and kitchen and TV facilities amazing and they have their own restaurant with views view views of the city! Great sunset but it does close before the sun actually sets. The thing I loved about it sound trivial but they provide salt and pepper if you want to make your own food unfortunately no oil. And also they provide some milk for your tea and coffee, sounds trivial but if you have done as much travelling as me then you know you know you just want that cup of tea with milk and the disappointment. But yes must stay. They also upgrade me to a terrace roo. which I was ❤❤❤.

My only negative was the floors were a bit dusty did not like that so walked around in flip flops. Did not get any slippers.

The host is extremally friendly and informative. It's located up hill so there's a bit of stairs to reach the town. But the streets are very pretty and many interesting shops along the way. The rooms are very spacious, simple renovation but comfortable stay. Infront of the restaurant is a great place to watch sunset.

We love the place very much. Please take a cab from train/coach station to this apartment , because it's not easy to carry your luggage up here .

Overall this is one of the nicest places I have stayed + more value for money spent. This is one of the hotels I wished I could have stayed for atleast an additional night to relax and explore Granada. Unit size - Pretty big including kitchen with cooking utensils, plates, nespresso. The unit was clean with enough spacing for storage Bed - Comfortable, clean including the sofa bed. Bath - good sized, clean with toiletries and towels included AC - operational and kept the room cool Staff and service - Very friendly, helpful and we were allowed to check out early+ leave our baggage in the storage space, car in the parking garage until late afternoon. The friendly lady at the front desk during our check in was helpful giving us suggestions for things to do including the sunset view, restaurant options and directions. Location - Beautiful, scenic but very narrow streets to drive and reach the hotel. Follow google maps if not you can get lost or stuck in a narrow street. The hotel blends in with the houses in the street so hard to spot unless one is paying attention. Luckily the lady at the front desk saw us searching for the address and guided us to the underground parking in one of the buildings nearby. We rented a medium SUV and were able to drive through the streets following the maps. We saw someone trying to drive through a narrow street close to the hotel and it was not the google maps direction. Luckily the front desk lady stopped them from driving further before getting the mirrors scratched and the car stuck in a youtube/tik tok famous situation. Close to the main areas including restaurants, cafes, public transportation, view points. It is a 30 minute walk to the Alhambra Palace but the walk is nice through the shopping area, cafes, view points before reaching the starting point for the walk up a slight elevated walkway. The sunset view points are within 15 minutes from the hotel.

Location was very good. There was a very lovely terrace with a nice restaurant with a amazing view at the same place as the appartment. You can see hole Granada from there and have some food or drinks. You can also chill on a city bench with your own drink. The kitchen from the appartment was good with a lot of equiptment.

To get at the parking lot is a little bit of steering to small streets on a hill. I like to drive so for me it was fun but if you dont like it or have difficulties with small streets then i think maybe its better to come bij train or bus or taxi. In Granada you dont need a car so without is no problem. We were there also to go to the mountain for ski and 1 day to the beach so then the car is needed. The parking lot himself works well with a code, the only thing is that it is a quit small parking lot just like te most other parking lots in Granada.

Hotel staff is very warm and welcoming. Antonio helped us to get to the parking, we have got more towels that we needed once we asked, etc. We also loved the on-site restaurant, both food and the views. Our suite was spacious, the kitchen had everything to prepare a breakfast.

The pillows were the only thing that was not to our liking but it may be an individual preference

The apartment was very comfortable and very well equipped. We had a washing machine and a dish washer. for travelers like us that stayed 8 nights total in the region of Andalusia that was very super. The hotel has its own parking place with an extra charge of 15 euros per day but it is worth the money. The location of this hotel is in the center and you will not need to move with a car. The employees were very helpful and they put additional effort to show us how to buy tickets for the Alambra monument. Also it has a very well equipped kitchen and you can cook anything you want in case you do not like local cuisine or if you find it expensive.

Something very minor. The base where the soap is standing inside the bathroom. Once you press the device to pull out the soap it will fall down. You need to put your other hand on the base.

It was a great stay. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything you needed. The washing machine was a great convenience after a four-day trip to Seville and Córdoba. The location is good—just a 10-minute walk to the center of Granada and a 4-minute walk to a beautiful viewpoint. However, it may be challenging for people with mobility issues, as there are many stairs and uphill paths. Fortunately, buses to the city center run every 10 minutes, which was very convenient. The staff was excellent; they gave great recommendations for restaurants and must-visit places. Thank you for everything

A really nice complex in a central area with lots of facilities nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff, and an added bonus to have our accommodation upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment. Parking on site was really useful, and don't be put off by the narrow lanes to get there. We had a medium sized SUV and there was enough room to get through.

The apartment we were upgraded to was starting to need some refurbishment as it was a little tired and worn in places (for example missing sink/bath plugs and minor damage to some fixtures). However, these were very minor points from a fabulous stay. Highly recommended.
