Great central location in the old town in Albaicin within walking distance of Sacramonte. I liked walking through the old lanes full of interesting shops and going up the hill to the viewpoint to see Alhambra at night. The bus stop to go to Alhambra is also very close to the hotel, and there is a taxi stand right in front of the hotel. There are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, making it convenient to grab a bite any time. The reception staff is very helpful and courteous, they were always happy to share useful tips for sightseeing. Would definitely recommend the hotel to others visiting Granada.

Nothing, my stay was perfect

Everyone was very helpful and kind. I particularly appreciated the considerable assistance required for my transfer, it was above and beyond in every way. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if it was available. I also appreciated the view from RM 301 and the reservation persons who made that happen. Thank you very very much

The toilet paper holder was poorly designed and the paper would not stay on it. Could benefit from a hook somewhere in the bathroom for a robe. I Would recommend using a fabric de- piller for the bedspread, lots of little bumps that could easily be shaven off. Everything else was fabulous, thank you!

great location to walk to anywhere but challenging to sleep. Hotel is located plaza and this hotel is small old building renovated to nice hotel but I booked a room alhambra view but was 1F and felt like almost sleeping in the street and view wasn’t that nice. if i go back I will pay less and stay normal room for sleep. But hotel staff was grate and good location, clean nice hotel. this hotel is 2 stat hotel but Service was more like 4 to even 5 star and room is more like 3star

location was great for walking A to B to hotel

Location is in the centre of granada , i arrived by train and walked to the hotel about 15-20 minutes . i had arrived early and the receptionist took my bags and i had to return two hours laterwhich was no problem . i checked in later on and my room was on the first floor facing the plaza , air conditioning was working , bed comfortable and bathroom was very clean , i stayed here in this hotel for two nights nad did not get breakfast at the hotel .

my room was on the first floor and was noisy outside during the day time as a lot of people congregate in front of the hotel ,,so if staying in the hotel and one is sensitive to noise or wants some more privacy please ask the receptionist to change the room . this option was giving to me on checking out and i could have moved but didnt . apart from that nothing else

Excellent location. convenient for everything we wanted to see. Nice bathroom with good shower. Room furnishings are basic but good with no frills tea/coffee facilities available. There was a safe in the room for valuables if needed. Air con worked well which was needed as Granada is hot in the summer. Excellent breakfast, with good variety of items and plenty of it.

This is our fourth visit and there is nothing in particular that we dislike.

Centrally located with easy access to buses and taxis, receptionist was friendly and knowledgable to the questions we asked. Room was clean and the domestic staff were non intrusive when we asked not to be disturbed. Lift was available which is always welcome.

We were contacted late about how to get to the hotel which was a bit of a nightmare if you dont know the area, and this information should be on your website with new rules regarding pedestrain and non local access.

First visit to Granada and this hotel was a very lucky choice for location. We had booked 2 singles but got upgraded to 2 doubles. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Plenty of places to eat close by and taxis outside. Rooms were quiet. Good buffet breakfast - lots to choose from, fruit, bread, ham, cheese and pastries.

Awkward to turn on bath taps as shower screen was in the way. Short bath - I'm fairly short so for someone taller that might be a problem.

Very central, lovely spot. Really lucky and got a room looking onto the front. As it was Easter watch all the parades. Fantastic views of the Alambra. And in walking distance of some stunning view points. Good size room. Breakfast good. Lots of restaurants around. Would recommend getting a taxi or bus to Alambra as it’s a good old hike up to it. And it’s huge to walk around when you get up there.

Not a big deal, but room slightly run down. Wallpaper starting to peel from walls And window seals not great. Could press on them and the noise would stop.

Fantastic location overlooking one of the main plazas in town. It’s directly off the plaza and not the street, so there’s very limited vehicle traffic and noise. We got a room with a balcony view which was really nice - could see the top of the Alhambra. Decent sized room, very clean, had everything we could need.

Nothing to critique really! Yes it’s a bit older in style and fixtures but no one is pretending it’s a modern luxury hotel.

Our room was always warm, even at night when it was 15 degrees C outside; opening the window did not help, so we always had to run the AC; no one‘s fault—the building is just constructed that way
