The location was amazing. The small balcony overlooks the street and flamenco street dancers can be seen. Easy to find food and high street shopping. Walking distance to albaicin. Easy bus stop to Alhambra. Good value for money for location and clean place.

Room was tad bit small, but was ok for 2 nites stay of a family with adult children. The bathroom sink was a bit small. Parking was super tight but we managed. Anything bigger than a Seat Alhambra car be tough to manoeuvre in garage parking which was in a different parking building. We drove from Sevilla, but didnt drive in Granada. Horror to get out of parking and streets are too narrow. Waze gave a bit of issue to get to d place, coz many of the streets had limited access. had to get help from a guide on motorbike and had to tip bigger than what uber would have costed us i think.

The location of the hotel was absolutely on point—just a short walk from everything you'd want to see or do in the city. It made exploring super easy and convenient. The view from the window was spectacular, giving a real sense of being in the heart of the city. The facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained, which added a lot to the comfort of the stay. Despite being right next to a town square, the noise level was surprisingly low. It was peaceful at night, which made for a great night's sleep. I really have nothing to complain about and would definitely recommend staying here.

The room was really small but it had everything we needed. There are many other hotels with much larger space but the rooms lack some basic stuff. Here everything was provided and cleverly thought out given the limited space. The location is awesome, in the very city centre. We came by car and we given exact and elaborate instructions how to drive into the city (restricted zone) and how and where to park. The garage in the partner hotel was narrow but the receptionist assisted us with parking. The price for the hotel was fair.

It was a bit chilly in the room (but bathroom was fine). Air conditioner is centralized and there was no warm flow of air possible.

Fantastic central location really near all attractions and with lots of great shops and bars all within walking distance. We checked in with Pillar who was so helpful and lovely what a great member of staff.....great central simple hotel 🙂

Not to be a grinch.....but my only point to share is that it can be noisy especially if you stay on a Friday and Saturday night with people just enjoying themselves till late in the night...not a really big issue for us but could be for other people

Great central location,great price and it had everything we needed. We got there a few hours before the check in hoping we could leave our luggage there and they managed to get us the room early! The staff was very kind and professional, we got a great tip to go see the flamenco from the person (Pilar) at the reception desk. The room was small but convenient, there was no major issue and I would stay there again

We were only there for one night and it was perfect for it, we didn’t discover any issues.

The location was excellent, very central to everything. The property was VERY clean and the staff was very courtious. The rate that I paid for the room was WELL worth it becuase of how great the location is.

The room was very noisy with noises from the hall, the room next door and the square outside. There was no chair to sit in, only beds to sit on. But these things were still tolerable because the location was so great.

Excellent central location below the Alhambra, close walking distance to pubs, restaurants, and museums, and friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast was included with my first, “cozier” room, but not at the second, significantly more expensive room (with a beautiful view over the Plaza Nueva) that I had to move into at the end of my stay.

You can't get a better location for the mosque-cathedral as the hotel is right next to it! I thought the room was spacious and the beds were comfy. The hotel staff were all very friendly, particularly Noria who went out of her way to help. You're about a 20 minute walk to the train station so it's not a bad walk.

Different people like different breakfasts. For me, I want eggs -- and I don't care how they're fixed but that's my main source of protein for breakfast. That said, you could get a ham and cheese sandwich for breakfast that suffices. Also, in my room the AC had a problem but it didn't get fixed while I was there. Fortunately after the first night, the rest of the time the weather was decent in the evening.

Fantastic location for this hotel, right in the centre and with the superior room you get the views over the square, the fridge and the kettle! The shower was very powerful, the bed comfortable and room spacious. The heating worked well. I didn't have hotel breakfast which looked a bit expensive for the price, and many local places around the hotel anyway. I stayed an extra night because I liked it so much and was a very reasonable price.

A little noisy outside at night with the road cleaners and party goers, but the mornings were quiet!

We had a very nice room on the 4th floor with a little balcony overlooking the old part of the city. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better, right in the city center and only a 20 min walk from Alhambra. We parked the car in the private underground garage of their sister hotel just about 50 m away. The staff was very helpful with all the information we needed about sightseeing and restaurants.
