The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. It’s a c15 min brisk walk from the train station. The staff were friendly & any taxis we requested arrived within a few minutes. We had the junior suite with the outdoor terrace which was fun - the jacuzzi takes quite a while to fill up though! It was my husband’s birthday whilst we were there & we were touched that they left a card & a bottle of Prosecco for him. The tiny plunge pool (it isn’t a swimming pool as described!) & loungers on the roof was a nice spot to chill out at the end of a busy day exploring. The breakfast offerings were perfectly satisfactory to set you up for the day.
The smell in our room wasn’t great, so we had to open the doors straight away to get some fresh air in which was a bit ironic as the first floor was all about ‘smell’… The hairdryer was so weak it wasn’t worth the effort & the soap supplied was tiny - a refillable container of hand wash would be more sustainable & a more pleasant user experience but these are small negatives in the greater scheme of things!

Centrally located, close to the historic old city centre, easily walkable to restaurants/shops and the riverfront restaurants in the Albacin area. Bus/taxi to the Alhambra was easily located on the main road directly outside the hotel. Parking is c. 20 euros per night in a very small underground car park, but the staff will park it for you and bring it out of the garage when you need it. The rooftop pool is very small (we knew this from other reviews so it was expected), ok to have a very cold dip, but as you might expect, it can get very busy and many people struggled to find a sunlounger/chair so just be aware that you may not find anywhere to sit mid-afternoon as everyone wants to cool off after sightseeing later in the day! Would stay again if we visited Granada. We didn't pay for breakfast, as we prefer to eat at local cafes and there are lots nearby the hotel. Staff were welcoming. St Germain bar immediately opposite was great - full of locals and the tapas was excellent with a great choice of music playing. A hidden gem which we were pleased to find!
The bar area is very small, with a limited selection of drinks - but in a city where there is so much choice, it's probably not used very often and St Germain bar opposite is worth visiting.

The city view is spectacular and the location is wonderfully convenient for city center activities. Cleanliness and friendliness were unsurpassed, and we were generally quite comfortable! The breakfast was truly lovely, with an incredible variety to satisfy appetites of any size or taste!
We wished there was a portable fan we could have utilized for air circulation in the room. For those of us from a cooler climate, the air conditioning regulations in Spain gave us a challenge at night when we would normally cool it way down in the room. We had the windows wide open and it just didn’t cool off that much. We didn’t know we would not be able to utilize the air conditioning (which is not the hotel’s fault!), so I suggest they could invest in some good fans to offer guests who might be too warm.

Great location for shops, cathedral, bus to Alhambra (use C30 bus its direct to Alhambra) modern comfortable room, nice continental breakfast, lovely staff, bonus of a pool on the roof (although very small maximum capacity 6 person!) Also on the roof 8 sunbeds, and a couple of tables with chairs, we stayed 3 nights and found only the first day we had an issue getting a sunbed in the afternoon. Comfy beds, if you like the firm european mattress.
Our room was at the back end of the hotel, it was next to another building which was bar, the bar was very noisy from about 10pm until early hours, could hear lots of people talking, shouting, and vomiting and also music playing. The hotel did provide ear plugs which we used instead of asking to move rooms and did have a good night sleep.

We reserved a "family suite", and it came with our very own personal playground. I was pleasantly shocked! So amazing!! Our family suite was able to be right next to my parent's room. The staff was very accommodating, especially because I know my parents are very difficult, and they really tried to accommodate them as much as possible. Location amazing, rooms were cool, and the breakfast buffet was extra but well worth the $12 dollars, especially with kids!
The air-conditioning did not work well, and there was only a sheet on our beds, with no blankets or quilts. So, it wasn't very comfy. I am sure we could have asked for blankets, but just didn't. The pool was very small, but I knew that going into the booking. Pool is a bonus anyway.

The most beautiful room fits for a princess. Here's why: wall was decorated with the sultan's arts; awesome panoramic view of the streets was covered with lots of sheer curtains; bathroom was sooo bright and sooo clean (LUV it). LOCATION is perfect. 5 minutes walk to the town center and 5- 20 minutes to the Alhambra, bath house/massages, and a bunch of fine moms and pops restaurants. sooo SAFE, sooo LIVELY, ans sooo affordable. Be daring and go outside the town square for dinning. Lunch and dinner are much better and really affordable. Do buy breakfast at the hotel. The price is so cheap and the selection of food is amazing. You will not find anything like it outside, so BUY breakfast at the hotel. My compliments to the interior decorators, the chefs, the staff, and the owner (s) of this hotel.
NOTHING. LUV EVERYTHING. I'm in Madrid now and wished Five Senses has rooms nearby.

We spent a couple of days in Granada during our tour of Andalucía and this hotel was absolutely the best. Everything was great: the location, very close to the old town, surrounded by all the services and the bus stop (a good way to get to the Alhambra); the parking, all managed by the staff, who were always very professional and ready to help; our room was the most comfortable with beautiful modern decor; the rooftop pool was the icing on the cake, even though it was a bit small and with only a few sunbeds, we were able to spend a couple of hours relaxing there with a nice view of the city.
The only detail we didn't like was the floor in our room, as it was carpeted and we personally find it unhygienic, even though I must say that it all seemed thoroughly clean and well kept.

With this hotel, it's location, location, location. Fairly basic, no luxuries but all the basis there. Super central and great value for money (unless you use the car park!)
Car parking! I know it's central Granada, and the parking is secure to the hotel, but at 21Euros per day, that's more the the Parador in the centre of Cadiz old town!! For our three nights of parking we could have stayed an extra night in the hotel!! You find out the price and make the decision on arrival at reception before you have time to look at any alternatives. There are other 24hr car parks within 100m - but we didn't get chance to find cost - for us, it was too late! Roof pool - it is a plunge pool - fine - but the terrace is tiny - there are only 8 sunbeds for the whole hotel. It's a nice extra, but you'll be lucky to get one!!

Clean and comfortable hotel. Good location. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and terrace. The beds are comfortable and the room too. The staff is very friendly (besides one issue we had with the minibar). Would certainly come back
The promised use free drinks from the minibar in the suite (booked upgrade upon arrival). But after the first night they only filled the minibar after 1600 with warm beer . This after I had asked twice for it and could not make use of it while using the room. But it didn’t spoil the whole experience. As said , would come back.

Location was amazing, right in the center of the city. Everything is walkable and minutes away. The staff has been welcoming and friendly. They took the keys of our car and parked the car for us in their garage so we didn't have to worry about it. The hotel has a great terrace on the 6th floor with pool and chairs so bring your summer clothes if you happen to be there with nice weather (we were not that lucky).
The bathroom/toilette door was almost transparent and didn't have a lock so it can be a bit embarrassing in certain "cases". Also we only got 1 towel to use for the bidet.
