The position of the hotel is excellent. Front desk staff professional and helpful. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds.

Did not meet the expectations for a 5 stars. Tiny reception hall, small lift with not readable screen, bathroom for some reason with both bath hub and shower even if the space is not enough and it makes a tetris of doors. I booked two rooms, a double for less than 100€/night and a triple (which was more or less of the same size) for approx 190€/night. The 8 rate is an average of the two, considering quality/price.

The hotel is in a great location near the Plaza Nueva (where you can get the tourist bus or Alsa minibuses to the Alhambra), plus the Arab souks are right behind the hotel. Plenty of halal restaurants and arab cafes nearby. There is a flamenco show literally behind the hotel as well. The metro train to Nevada Sierra mall is about a 10 min walk away. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean. I was in room 405, which was a quiet attic room. Very comfy bed and the AC kept the room at a good temperature. The garment steamer was really good, as well as the coffee machine. Staff were amazing. Very friendly with excellent advice. I would 110% book again to stay at the Eurostars Gran Via.

The location is phenomenal and the staff are super nice and accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable though I’d like to point out the poor design of the bathroom.

Everything was perfect during our stay. Only thing that bothered us a bit was the poor noise canceling, you can hear everything when you’re around a suite’s door, plus the telephones didn’t work in our suites so we had to go down to reception to ask for whatever we needed from them and they were fast to fulfill our wishes and needs.

Located right on the gran via, it was maybe a 5 minute walk to the central Plaza Isabel where shops and restaurants are located. We requested a suite because I was traveling with wife + 2 kids, and our rooms were very spacious and clean. Had 2 large full bathrooms, with an excellent shower. We even had our own small private balcony with direct view of the Alhambra! We enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the hotel, this included access to meats, cheeses, pastries, pancakes, scrambled eggs, and a variety of juices/coffees.

The corner suite has slanted ceilings, as a 6' man had to be careful walking along the edges of the room or I surely would have concussed myself.

The location in Granada was perfect for shopping, dining and just a short distance away to visit the Alhambra, which was one of our planned excursions. The rooms were excellent both in size and comfort. We also particularly enjoyed the roof top bar with its fantastic views of the Alhambra and cathedral, particularly when they were lit up at night!

We only had a few minor and minor things of note - the room did not have any towel hooks. Nowhere to hang a shower towel after using it. There also was no outlet near/around the sink.

Very welcoming and caring staff. All started with a friendly call from the reception on the eve of our arrival to the hotel, to make sure we know the best route how to get to the hotel, which was very useful, as we were traveling by car. During our stay, the hotel managers have taken a great care of us, by providing us with useful tips about the city, and promptly responding to our requests. The hotel has a great location (sightseeing, shopping, restaurants), everything is in close proximity to the hotel. The hotel lobby and the terrace are spectacular. And, the breakfast meant a great start of the day.

It was a very short stay. I would've loved to stay longer.

Great location near old town. Quiet, large room. Breakfast with fruits was tasty.

We didn't get tickets to Alhambra even if we had made a reservation in internet , but that was untrustworthy company who is advertising in internet, not this hotel. In the reception they could have reserved for us private guide with 350 euros. It didn't sound friendly for us, I'm sorry, it made us feeling that somebody is cheating visitors now. Usually Alhambra's tickets are 20 euros. This notice for other tourist!

The courtesy and professionalism shown to us by the staff was exceptional. We stayed in 3 different places during our visit to Spain and the Eurostars Gran Via staff were by far the most impressive. The hotel has an excellent location - walking distance to a variety of restaurants, shopping spots and monuments. The area is clean and safe and also very picturesque, we loved the view of the street below from our room, as well as the terrace. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Granada. I would certainly stay here again.

Breakfast could have been better, in terms of variety and presentation. Bath robes in the room would have been good, along with bottled water each day, as is common in some establishments.

The property met with all our expectations. Culinary vise. Dinner was the highlight for me and my husband Food was excellent, of exceptional quality , service and wine, we just felt at home but with delicious food

Nothing much. Everyone so accommodating and so kind. We didn’t like our first room as it was too warm but got a replacement vert quickly. Swift service with a smile . Really love it there

Can't say enough how much the staff make this hotel and the guest experience here special. They were all wonderful and went out of their way to be helpful. Front desk staff spoke fluent English, and breakfast and cleaning staff were also really friendly and helpful. We were lucky to get a room at the back of the hotel so weren't bothered by noise from the main road. Breakfast was good and location was superb, 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral, Royal Chapel, bus stop to the Alhambra and good shopping areas. The room was well-designed with luggage stands, clean and had a very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again.

Perhaps the shower-over-bath could be modernised, but it was perfectly adequate with good water pressure and clean. The TV had a range on international channels, but the only English channel we could get was the BBC.
