Excellent location right on beautiful Plaza Nueva in the heart of Granada. Lots of restaurants and nightlife in the narrow streets surrounding the hotel. We stayed in a spacious family room on top floor and felt like in our own private apartment. Several good restaurants and a convenient taxi stand can be found right outside the hotel. Helpful, English-speaking staff. Compared to other hotels in Granada the hotel offers great value for your money.

Breakfast is optional and inexpensive but also limited, without any warm dishes. Not a deal breaker but something to keep in mind.

The room was spacious, clean and adorned with quaint old classical european style furniture. You'd think you were in one of thoses renaissance palaces; very charming if I may say so myself. The hotel is centrally located from where you can easily access by foot all the main touristic destinations: the Darro promenade, the Albaizin neighborhood, the cathedral, the cafes and restaurants and of course the magnificent Alhambra. I didn't have breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. All in all it was a very nice 3 days stay at hotel Plaza Nueva.

The hotel location was somewhat of a double edge sword, my room was on the side of a busy street, spainiards sleep late and the sound isolation wasn't great, so it was noisy. I also asked for the entrance light switch to be fixed, but it was never done.

The location is brilliant. You are right in the heart of plenty of bars, restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. The staff were very friendly and the bed was comfortable. The shower was nice and powerful too.

The decor is a bit more shabby than the photos let on, but not that surprising considering how cheap it is to stay. We had an absolute nightmare trying to follow the instructions to get to the parking meeting point. The GPS point was not working with all the restricted roads. In the end we ditched the car in an alternative nearby car park and walked to the hotel. That was so much easier!

Perfect location to go anywhere in the city. Easy access, big spacious room, very comfortable beds. The toilet came equipped with a bidet. Beautiful views of the city centre and Alhambra from our room. Nice rich buffet breakfast. Lovely staff. And they can secure you a parking.

It's nothing to do with the hotel, but being in the city centre and being an older building with older windows it's not the best at covering the noise of the high life of Granada and pigeons. So not recommend for people who are light sleepers.

Location, location, location. The central location is AWESOME. We booked three rooms in total. Two were really nice, super-comfy, even though one lacked an exterior window. Both were well furnished with quality mattresses, and included 4-star quality towels and bed linens. The third corner room was large and simply SPECTACULAR - with 4 little balconies and two windows overlooking one of the main plazas, where we could enjoy watching the heartbeat of the city. The large well appointed bathroom included a bathtub. Prior to checkin, the staff was very insistent about the details of our parking permit. Upon arrival, we could see why. We had to drive narrow streets crowded with pedestrians. But that process was beautifully organized, with precise directions and someone to walk ahead of our van and patiently guide us to our underground parking space near the hotel. The staff was exceptionally helpful.

We loved everything about this hotel.

The location is conveniently close to the Alhambra, as well as various restaurants and excellent tapas bars. The accommodation was quite comfortable, and the pricing was reasonable. I particularly appreciated the complimentary use of the coffee machine during specific hours—it was a generous touch. The rooms were equipped with a safe, which was exactly what we needed, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Some of the bedroom equipment were already broken e.g. toilet paper holder. More, you shouldn’t expect a fantastic view.

Lovely space in beautiful building right on the Plaza Nueva. We could see the Alhambra from our balcony! Perfect location for exploring most sights in the old parts of Granada. Breakfast at the adjoining restaurant was delicious and a great value. Private parking was available, but the property requires that you reserve separately by email and send them your car information (make, model, license plate number) in advance because the roads leading into the old town quarters are restricted. The garage space itself is close quarters, so use caution if driving an SUV or larger.

Great location at the touristic heart of the city, surrounded by restaurants and shops, at the foot of the Alhambra. An older slightly rustic building with lots of character, but everything works fine. Simple but nice breakfast for a very reasonable price. Easy access to shuttle buses to take you up to the Alhambra entrance and Albaicin, very convenient. Recommended.

Getting there by car is a challenge, as the nearby parking garage is rather difficult to get to, due to various traffic restrictions in the old center. Once you're parked, you don't want to go back out until you leave. Since it's surrounded by restaurants and bars, it's noisy when all those people finally go home around 3~4 AM. And some days of the week, there is LOTS of noise from the city cleanup crews. Not a problem for us, but if you're a light sleeper, use ear plugs, as this may be a problem for you.

Great location and very lovely, welcoming staff. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Nice linen and really comfortable beds. Great bathrooms. Lots of light from the man windows, but heavy curtains if preferred. The view from our room wasn't grand (we faced away from the plaza) but was pleasant enough and a little quieter during the day. I really liked this hotel very much and would highly recommend it.

It was a little noisy at night in the room facing the Plaza but not too bad. But if you're seeking absolute silence this is probably not the hotel for you.

Amazing location at Plaza Nuevo with a large lovely room facing the Plaza. Very close to Alhambra and central meeting point for tours and activities. Tons of restaurants and bars nearby. Hotel was very clean!💕

Because the hotel is faces Plaza Nuevo, it can be noisy, even very late at night when garbage trucks are active. But our room and balconies faced the square and we were in the first floor (which we loved) so we did not really mind.
